Everything is very good. Close to the Zurich Main Station, clean and neat room and bathroom, with ”help yourself” coffee in the corridor. The air-con was well functioning that I had good sleep staying here. The only thing was the pillow quite soft but still acceptable.

The front desk was friendly and there were many reviews saying that luggage was stored, but it was self check-in, so luggage storage was not possible. It was difficult to find it anywhere on Trip.com.
Something different than expected... Even though I wrote down the country code and cell phone number well, the message needed for self check-in did not come, and the central entrance door was being repaired. may have done
It seems that the information written here on Treat.com does not work well with hotel check-in. E-mail and phone number were written as they were. Even though I'm not Chinese, my Chinese number was my number. There was no luggage storage, but when I went to check-in, they said they couldn't get in because it was still not cleaned. I think I entered after 1 hour and 30 minutes before the check-in time. After 4:30? However, there was no apology or apology, just wait 5 minutes, wait 10 minutes, that's all. It's been a while and I'm embarrassed to wait longer...
embarrassment point
-Self check-in: I'm glad I got a text message and had the online key on my phone... i can't even get a text
-Check-in time: Even if you arrived after a long time, you have to wait longer;
Good point
- Close to the station
- On a hill but close to the tram
- Anyway, it's clean.
- Quiet
- Air conditioning works well
- Spacious bathroom

The hotel is extremely conveniently located, can choose to take a short walk to Zurich Lake (15mins), or by tram and train services located within 2mins walk from hotel.
It's also very Easy to get to n fro airport (30mins by train)
Rooms were well cleaned. And I really like to decor of the hotel.
Amenities like toothbrush and bedroom slippers have to be asked from front desk, otherwise not provided in room.
The room we booked comes with breakfast but it's an extremely basic selection, so don't expect it to be like a fancy buffet spread.
Overall the experience we had was very nice.

There was a shocking scene when checking in - due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at nearly 12 o'clock in the night. A male front desk staff member gave us two rooms, 308 and 309. When my friend and I swiped our cards to enter the room, we found that there were already guests in the two rooms, all Chinese guests and they were asleep. We were shocked and embarrassed. Back to the front desk, the staff was also very embarrassed. He kept apologizing and didn't know who he called. After a long German phone call, he gave us two rooms again, one of which was upgraded to a 132 view suite. The room is very large and beautiful. The only drawback is that the room is too big and it is a bit difficult to go to the toilet.
The drains of the other two washbasins are a bit blocked. When I turned on the drain plug of the faucet on the left, I found that there was a hard object stuck in it. It looked very dirty and should have been blocked for a long time. I don't know why no one has reported or repaired it. I took the plug away and hoped that the hotel could find and clean it. Everything else is good. The hotel is very advanced. All control switches are touch screens. There is also air conditioning, but it cannot be activated. Fortunately, it is not too hot.
I must praise the rich breakfast, which is very good and clean. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending!

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Around banks, cafes and restaurants, there is a place to eat. Shops are also, all on foot available. To the airport or t.d. station go 30 minutes. Rooms are small but comfortable. Of the downsides - there are no many hygiene sets. The hotel is worth its money!

The hotel is very clean, the facilities are good, there is a kettle, there are two coops nearby, very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the station. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to the city center by bus, and two train stations. The room I was given was on the first floor, which was a little bit private, and I had to draw the curtains because there were pedestrians walking by. After drawing the curtains, the light in the room was a little dim, but everything else was fine.

RRonan PatrickNice hotel just outside the main area of Zurich. Room was a bit expensive considering it was small and had a shared bathroom. Maybe it was just Zurich prices, or the fact that Taylor Swift was in town and lots of places week booked up. Good tram system meant it was still easy to get around. Room was a bit hot at night and there was construction going on literally outside my window in the morning with the builders blaring their music in my window.
WWilson SamWe had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay:
We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.
GGuest UserWe stayed in H+ hotel 2 nights, the first day we arrived and last day before we leave Zurich. We asked for twin bed in advance for 2 times but the hotel failed to arrange even they said they will. What's worse,on 3rd Nov,around 9:30 in the morning, someone tried to break into our room! What a horrible experience… This hotel in not recommended☹️
FFrancisco VicenteGood location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food.
Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid.
Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station, the lake and the old town. Beautiful appearance. However, the taxi driver only dropped us at the entrance of the alley outside, and it looked like we were going to walk in. In the middle of the night, I fumbled for ten minutes before I found the side facing the river.
Although there are not many types of restaurants, they are very exquisite. The service is good. We were still waiting for us to check in at 12:30 in the evening. We were given free water and drinks and could store our luggage. The family suite is ok in size, with a small terrace and extra quilts in the closet, which is very friendly to families with children. The room facilities are a bit outdated, but it still has its advantages.
AAekthadaMediocre for the price point. Location is good with two tram stations a short walk away and direct tram service to city centre. Aside from Raquel at the reception, staff were not particularly pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is a good spread. Property is showing its age and would benefit from a renovation.
GGuest UserWe just have 1 bottle water free in 1 room for for 3 person, even we stayed for 3 night...only in the first night we had 1 bottle water free..We suggest that if posible give 1 bottle water for 1 person everyday/night...and the tissue just 1 box only 1 time for 3 nights staying.
Thank's for cooperation
The other fasilities is ok..
GGuest UserYes, there is no hiding the fact that the Krone Pop-up has gone to great lengths to keep their prices as low as possible, but for the most part it is a well-run and comfortable base for short stays. The rooms and communal lounge are inviting, stylish and well-kept. The building is many centuries old, and traces its various incarnations are visible in these areas, giving it a quirky character. The views across the river to the old town are also beautiful. A hotel in this price category so close to HB is obviously a rarity, let alone one with nice perks like this. The WiFi was incredibly fast and stable. Late check-in worked perfectly. The hotel has a slick system for online check-in and the key dispenser at the entrance worked without a hitch. The Assistant Manager was really helpful and welcoming by e-mail in advance. To be fair, my stay was on a Sunday night, so the cleaning frequency may have been lower than usual, but the communal toilets and showers were not in great shape. They clearly are not designed for how intensely they are used, nor are they cleaned often enough for it. There's nothing worse in a communal shower than a moist shower curtain and no space to avoid it. Add to that the hair, sticky residue and grubby towel on the floor, and suddenly the room price doesn't seem like such a bargain. The solution is so simple: a pile of fresh floor towels and basket for used ones, plus some Mr. Clean for self-service cleaning during unmanned hours. The Soeder toiletries were lovely though! Arriving late on a hot day also proved to be unlucky, because I arrived to an overheated, stuffy room with no time to let it cool down before going to bed. The adjacent bar really is loud, but not much of a hindrance to sleep because it seems to close early (some time around midnight, on Sunday at least). The facing building across the narrow alley is very close and looks directly into the room, limiting the privacy and therefore how open you can leave the windows to let fresh air in. So, all-in-all the sleep quality was just too low. The heat, noise and lack of privacy made for a restless night. I just needed a place to spend 7 hours between my flight arriving late at night and then my train departing early the next morning, and the Krone Pop-up was the pragmatic choice for that. I wouldn't consider it for work trips - the sleep quality isn't good enough - but it could be a sociable, good-value base for leisure trips during the week.
GGuest UserMy stay at Hotel Montana Zürich was pleasant overall. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the main train station and within walking distance of key attractions, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean and functional, providing a comfortable space for rest, though the decor felt a bit dated. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any questions promptly. Overall, it's a good choice for a short stay or for those prioritizing location and value.”
CClive AldredThe biggest problem is accessing this studio. The owners always claim, but never send the password for access in advance to the guests. So we ended up stuck with our suitcases in the dark and it was pouring with rain having to call a phone number displayed on the premises door. This was answered eventually and our access was granted. We had to repeat this process to gain access to the inclusive internet and on our checkout to find out where to leave and secure the key.
Location is good as its convenient for the tram station which is for No.8 and No.3 trams. These take you to Belleview or Central respectively. The location is peaceful and there is a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant directly opposite the main tram terminus (100meters walk). The room itself has almost everything needed for your stay, but lacks a washing machine/dryer for clothes. It has a large radiator that quickly warms the room and electronic venetian blinds. Kettle, fridge, small cooker and microwave, shower and TV are provided but none of the channels were English speaking (even English movies were re-dubbed into German).
