The location is very good, very convenient to go everywhere, very close to the old town. The front desk is also very welcoming and will give you a small drink when you check in. The room is very clean and the supplies are very useful.

When booking a room online, it was clearly written that a double bed was required, and the price was the same. After arriving, the store said that 🇨🇭coins 32 will be added for the double bed. Is this normal?

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Room was big and airy, comfortable bed, good quality shower, lovely toiletries in bathroom. Location is great, walkable to most of sights, and very near a tram stop for going further afield. Restaurants a stones throw away. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
