Zunhua deserves to be called the back garden of Beijing and can be reached by car in two hours. Staying at the Crown Hotel this time was really a big surprise. Because my children are older, I specially booked a three-bed family room. The room is very large and the three beds allow everyone to rest without disturbing each other. Finally, we don’t have to squeeze into the same bed with our children. The room is large in size and the hot spring water is turquoise blue. It is said to be rich in minerals and is smooth and comfortable after washing. Special thanks to Mia Xiaozhe at the front desk. She was very gentle and helped us answer all kinds of questions about where to go and what to pay attention to. She was very patient and meticulous and wanted to give us a big hug. Another suggestion: the triple room only provides two pairs of non-slip slippers, which is not convenient for bathing. I called the guest room and was told that 2 pairs are standard for each room and cannot be provided additionally. After all, it is a three-bed room. This kind of answer is disappointing. It’s really a bit confusing and it does affect my mood.

The service in the lobby, front desk and rooms is great! In particular, the room service took the initiative to provide a single bed for children, the family room is spacious and comfortable, and the hot spring pool is also very large! What I am most satisfied with is the children's paradise. There are many amusement projects combined with room types for free. The teachers in the handicraft courses patiently guide and interact closely with the children. Thank you very much! The breakfast is rich and ordering is convenient. You don’t have to go out to eat, drink and have fun in the hotel for three days.

Traveling around Beijing with my kids, the hotel is very new, the service is very good, and the consumption is perfect for Beijing. There is a welcome fruit plate upon check-in, which is full of ceremony. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel also cooks delicious food and the portions are relatively large. The breakfast is also quite rich. There will be more people on weekends but you won't feel crowded at all. The hotel is very big and the large bathtub in the room is very comfortable to soak in. The family room was not crowded at all, it was great! The hotel amenity has a citrus scent, which smells great. The kids loved it and will stay there next time. I hope the facilities will be better and there will be a swimming pool soon.
