Room horrible, ground floor streetside. I have never had such thin loo paper and tissues. Room 94 next to staff room so no sleep after 6:30 or 7. Staff have a sliding door cupboad which they love to slide. Also noise during the night, be it the room above or staff room. Breakfast a disaster, only some smoked salmoln but no other fish except red herring salad. No choice menu for specials such as fried egg or omlett. For dinner, I do like veg "al dente" but not raw! For a good steak, go to "Sorgenfrei", not here. I know everyone has staff problems but at least they should speak English or German. The head people in service are good but the rest are useless. Swimming pool is good but where is the gym?

Super Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Tolles Zimmer. Parken im Parkhaus ziemlich teuer (ich glaube 20 oder 25€/Tag. Dafür sehr enge Parkplätze. Mit einem großen SUV wird's knapp.
Es gab leider einen Fehlalarm der Brandschutzanlage mitten in der Nacht, bei dem alle raus mussten. Ein anderer Gast erzählte, dass es nicht der erste Fehlalarm war... Die Hoteliers können einem echt leid tun, werden Sie doch verdonnert immer übertriebenere Regeln einzuhalten und immer kostspieligere, umständlichere und damit anfälligere Anlagen zu installieren...
Ansonsten wirklich ein tolles Hotel.

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Große Zimmer. Kostenloser Minibar-Service. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr einladend und entspannend. Die Saunen könnten etwas größer sein. Aufgrund des Wetters war der Andrang sehr groß. Eine Saune (von vieren) war defekt. Direkte Strandnähe war perfekt!

Wir waren vom 11.08. bis 14.08. also 3 Tage für 1012€ im Hotel ! Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und ich musste in der Badewanne duschen. Das Frühstück war Mittelklasse. Die Außenanlagen waren sehr gut ! Wir sind jetzt gerade in Heringsdorf, 5 Sterne Steigenberger …. Weltklasse und nicht mit Zingst zu vergleichen !

Schöne Zimmer und freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut und am Abend hat es auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Garten mit Liegewiese und Pool ist sehr idyllisch wenn man mal nicht an den Strand möchte. Der Saunabereich ist eher eng was aber jetzt bei gutem Wetter nicht gestört hat da wenig besucht.

Ich gebe hier meine persönliche Meinung wieder, die ich während des Aufenthaltes gewonnen habe. Auch ohne „Steigenberger“ ist das Strandhotel ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit gutem Service. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Leider hat das Hotel bei unserer Buchung einen Fehler gemacht (gebuchte Zimmerkategorie überbucht), aber das Hotelteam hat die Situation professionell und kundenorientiert gelöst. Die Hotelanlage und Einrichtung sind sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Allerdings ist, trotz aller Wartung und Pflege, eine gewisser „Verschleiß“ in den Räumen und am Mobiliar zu bemerken. Wir sind daher schon gespannt auf unseren Besuch nach der Renovierung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität. Dazu gibt es noch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten die in gute Qualität entsprechend serviert werden. Die Oysterbar im Hotel darf sich mit recht Bar nennen. So sind auch Getränkewünsche außerhalb der Getränkekarte kein Problem für den sehr freundlichen Chefbarkeeper. Die Cocktails waren qualitativ und geschmacklich perfekt. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch im Strandhotel Zingst.
