服務員很熱情，吹風機壞了及時給調換，需要加枕頭送的很及時，地理位置非常方便，樓下配套設施也很全，硬件略有陳舊

樓下停車免費，在賓館在寫字樓裏，體驗感特別不好，早上還沒起，服務員自己開門進來了，很荒唐。一點安全感沒有，就一句輕飄飄的開錯門了，我是不願意計較太多，如果是情侶或客人在裏面沒穿衣服？租房開始，即是合同生效，裏面就是私人空間，真的覺得很荒繆，大無語

房間夠大，地方夠方便。周邊餐飲多，對面就是大百貨商店，因為在湖南工業大學對面，晚上的夜市很火爆，還有不少女大學生。
