前台態度差 酒店説的兩點之後入住 我們兩點二十過去 和我們説還不能住 別人還沒退房 我説你們不是説的兩點之後可以入住嗎 她就説那你現在也住不了啊別人沒退房 我想説別人退不退房關我消費者什麼事 並且這是你們酒店應該去協調的事 跟我們一句抱歉的話也沒有 還理直氣壯的 十二點之後退房你們收二十一小時 那我們其他被耽誤的消費者呢？你們怎麼就不給賠償了？還那麼理直氣壯真是無語…..

#衞生有蟑螂在跑#位置交通學校旁邊三分鐘#房間設施隔音效果極差，隔壁半夜3.18説話聽的清清楚楚，被吵醒。門框也是壞的。

房間超級小，放了一張床就基本沒活動空間了，窗户也衹有一塊瓷板那麼大，還是對着走廊的，浴室的蓬頭下面也噴水

屋子裡有煙味還是什麼反正味道很大 衞生巾的門把手都壞了還有掛浴頭的桿子 甚至上一個客人的數字帶着頭髮還在屋裡擺着 隔音差
