衞生滿意，環境給個滿分吧！早上時，要求服務員送一套牙刷，樓層大姐送的及時，還面帶微笑，看到大姐滿臉的笑容，給滿意值了。

房間很整潔，設施也很完善，衹是洗浴用品就略顯不足了。衹有兩小瓶一個沐浴露一個洗髮水，第二天多了一些，但是我覺得這麼高檔的酒店配這樣的洗浴用品就不太搭了。

幫忙升級了商務大床，對比了一下竹山區域酒店，覺得位置算比較方便的，而且酒店規格配這個價格性價比很高，房間也安靜，看出去視野不錯。

非常好，房間寬敞明亮，設施新且齊全，與描述相符，自助早餐非常豐盛且可口，服務人員和前台和藹熱情，就是搞不明白為什麼評分那麼低，居然還有差評，貼兩幅照片吧，有圖有真相，最後一幅是在房間裏拍的堵河夜景。

住過幾次了，酒店不錯，不明白為什麼評分不高。
酒店位置很好找，停車方便，前幾年附近吃飯的地方不多，現在是大不同了，除了酒店自己的餐廳，鄰近的吃飯的地方非常多！

酒店的位置很繁華 門口就有停車位哦 大廳就有很多供人休息的沙發 還有優美的音樂 入住時的很多問題都能找工作人員 而且辦事效率高人也很親切有禮貌 在這裏睡眠質量都提高了喔 房間裏燈光明亮 還有免費的礦泉水 早餐味道也超棒～
