優:
1.便宜
2.四樓有陽台可以晾衣服，也有洗衣機但是不敢用
3.附近有明珠中公交站
4.酒店在小區，晚上挺安靜的
5.酒店有蚊香
劣:
1.床單有不明液體，還好我自己帶了自用床單
2.可能因為下午，入住的當天看到從廁所跑出一衹蟑螂到床底下
3.房間不隔音，大早上有人在房間外大聲喊話
4.衞生間的淋浴要放十分鐘才有熱水
5.酒店在小區，路不好找，最近的門是大鐵門封起來
6.酒店有蚊子

本來購買的雙人間，寫的是一張大床和一張小床，但是來到目的地入住時才發現實際與圖片和客服説的不相符，變成了兩張1.2的單人床，且房間裏面沒有可以燒水喝的水壺，還好店家的態度挺好，有主動與我們協商跟進，後續也主動及時協調處理事情，希望他們可以對出現的問題作出修改

這次入住體驗簡直離譜，第一晚早上6點多就開始搞裝修拆牆，叫換房説沒房了。第二晚更離譜，早上8點直接刷卡爆門進房，説我們住這間房要拆，去前台換了房間，第三晚還是一樣，7點多拆牆吵醒。馬桶是壞的，熱水放十分鐘才出。總之一個字，差
