老闆很熱情，店長全程都有問必答，線路和出行方案都提前告知。酒店門口就有班車，出遊方便。非常有特點的一家民宿。

設施：房間很小，但設計合理，兩張1.1米床，三口之家入住方便，有一棟小餐館，吃飯方便
衞生：乾淨
環境：窗外風景好
服務：很誠信，小朋友眼鏡落在酒店了，回上海後，被店家找回來了，開💕
位置:還算方便，碼頭坐落橋終點站公交車5元，終點站下車，走1-2分鐘就到。

離搭車點蠻近的，在普陀山住宿搭車方便是一個非常非常非常大的優點
其他就還好，早餐吧比較簡陋，不過在這個地區這個價位也沒法要求這麼多

房間小 肯定的，確實小，衞生間一個人在裏面轉身都不方便，地理位置有點偏遠，服務還算熱情，這樣的價格這樣的房間差不多了，普陀山景區裏面水，飲料，食品都貴。總體印象還算不錯。就是偏遠了點。

寒舍位子離景區有段距離，需要坐島內巴士出行。若訂房不含早餐的話，一人收費是15元。寒舍房間乾凈，和景區內的酒店比起來價格實惠，缺點就是位子不是那麼好但清幽。
老闆合夥人及櫃枱人員服務態度不錯，熱心也很願意分享景點路程。如果時間允許，建議3天2夜，2天1夜有點太趕。景區內的酒店比較貴，且不是那麼乾凈。
寒舍附有牙刷毛巾，房間內有吹風機熱水壺，其他個人用品前台有賣。出行前建議確認天氣，如果很幸運遇上「天降甘霖」，強烈建議自備雨衣

老闆服務態度挺好，居住的環境也還可以。梅雨季節梅味太重了，床硬硌得慌，周邊吃飯和娛樂基本沒有，遠離景區，衹能在酒店的餐館吃飯。不過可以在酒店的位置步行去慧濟寺，千萬要問老闆拿視頻，我們就跑錯地方在山裡轉了一圈後折返回來的，直接拉爆表了。

很少評價，但這次着實有點被坑的感覺！首先地方屬於普陀山比較偏的，這也就算了。關鍵房間條件太差了，價格還不便宜！快600塊房間，沒有席夢思，牀板很硬！隔音巨差！半夜被走廊吵鬧聲吵醒幾次，凌晨三點多還有人大聲喧嘩，一整個無語！為了方便，我住的一樓，結果有蟑螂，有巨大蚊子……
再説用餐，周邊沒有吃的地方，衹有酒店自己廚房餐廳，菜價貴，所以除了吃泡麪或者等兩小時外賣，沒有別的選擇……
總之，店家環境急需提高，否則去了就是踩雷！大家去普陀山是燒香的，不是去被宰的，這種又偏又差的酒店，大可不必

這家擁有好多棟別墅，雖然每個房間不大，但衞生狀況不錯，裝修色彩淡雅。店長還給我們房間做了免費升級，樓下有又大又長的榆木桌和凳子，夏天應該坐着喝茶很爽。走兩分鐘就可以到海邊的堤壩散步，交通在碼頭有專門的專線車，很方便，早上去上香衹需坐兩站車到隧道口，然後步行10分鐘就到達普濟寺。
