I really regret that I forgot to take pictures of the room. I booked a luxurious street-view suite. The so-called suite is just a room with a large board in the middle of the room to divide the sofa and the bed. By the way, the TV is hung. Called into a suite. Street view is nothing more than ordinary roadside scenery. If you want to complain about the hotel's parking lot, you can only park two or three cars. In the end, I vomit for breakfast. Very good first time in Trip.com, the front desk girl's service attitude is very good. I don't know the way to the hotel. I called the front desk and told me how to go. SSharpPutoshan is well off the foreigner travel path and information in English is limited. That the nearest train station is a few hours away in Ningbo only makes it more complicated. That’s why I was happy to find this homestay/hotel with its helpful English speaking owner “良筑”. I called and he added me on WeChat to give me advice and drop me pins (hint:the “south” bus station in Ningbo is adjacent to the train station, next to the taxi queue). He explained where the four main sightseeing spots on the island were and gave me advice about how to tackle them in a day. As for the hotel itself, perfectly fine: clean and comfortable and affordable. Only disadvantage is it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the ferry building, about an hour walk. But it’s easy to catch taxis to the hotel and then 良筑 will drive you back to town (about 20 rmb each way). Also, immediately across the street is an enormous new Buddhist temple with a really beautiful interior that I would have missed seeing if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel. It needs at least an hour. The nearby town is small but has many seafood restaurants. All in all, if you’re a foreigner with limited Chinese ability hoping to visit Putoshan, then this is probably the right hotel for you as 良筑 will help you to plan and organize your visit. Plan to arrive by midday and stay for two nights. You can see it all in that time.

SStephan_J_FiresWoW! What an amazing place to stay! I took my wife to the Island for her Birthday and was looking for an affordable and cute place. QingWu Fisherman's Hostel did not disappoint! The owner and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct Ferry station to travel to the Shengshan island and gave us tons of information and advice for living and traveling on the island. Like taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis are very expensive. The Hostel also has a bar and restaurant area that is extremely cute and pleasant to be at. We ate Lunch and Dinner at the Hostel every day because the food was absolutely divine. My wife does not eat spicy food and the host was kind enough to alter the dishes. The room itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning had already been put on and the room was nice and cool considering the soaring heat outside. We spent most mid-days in the room to escape the heat and take a nap. The evenings we spent on the deck watching the sunset and drinking beer and wine. It truly felt like home. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there again. 1000% recommend.

Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

The hotel car takes you to the nearest Foding Mountain. Then take the bus to Zizhulin, Nanhai Guanyin, walk to Puji Temple, and walk to Fayu Temple. It is a perfect day. Stay in a comfortable room, wake up naturally the next day, have a good breakfast, and the scenic area car will take you to Rumo Sandi, and then walk to Luojia Mountain. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.
