考研來的，連住兩天，整體服務很好，環境也非常的好。
但是提個小小建議哈，能不能逢考試的週末，可以免費延遲退房到下午一點呀～中午十二點就要退房，很耽誤備考人中午休息，謝謝。

設施：乾淨衞生整潔設施一應俱全
衞生：打掃及時，沒有不適
環境：安靜，吃飯出行都很便利
服務：服務周到熱情，員工非常親切活力十足。
整體入住非常不錯，前台入住快捷，房間乾淨衞生安靜，往南不遠就是高速路口，周圈美食也多，停車方便。推薦入住。

前台服務非常好，主動，熱情。還有自助咖啡和各種小零食，糖果，房間佈局很合理，乾淨，整潔，無異味，床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快。早餐不錯，品種多，味道好，院內還有停車場，停車非常方便，很適合出差旅遊，推薦

這次在星程住了10天，住這住習慣了，確實比較乾淨衞生。我住6樓，打掃衞生的瘦瘦的服務人員幹活真是乾脆利落。餐廳服務也越來越專業，兩個女服務人員熱情周到。提幾個小建議
1、價格比以前高了，之前來住100多，現在都是200多了。
2、餐廳的麪條還是不喜歡吃哈哈，之前留言説不符合星程一碗麪的名頭。麪條總是感覺沒味道。
3、其他還好還好，總體好評，全家帶娃住着安心。希望價格降低一些。
