衞生：衞生是我最看重的，但也是最不滿意的，進門之後就有一股味道，不知道是之前的人抽煙還是太久沒有通風，反正很不舒服。另外床單不太乾淨，第一天床單有黃漬，還有黑色的小沙塵，睡得不舒服。第二天讓服務員換了，沒有黃漬，小沙塵依舊。
設施：不是坐廁是蹲廁。蹲廁在淋浴間裏面…洗臉枱是那種很小的太，連放東西的地方都沒有，不適合女生化粧用。
環境：環境還是可以的，靠小區的大落地窗視角特別好。
服務：沒有前台，跟民宿一下提前加聯繫方式給房間密碼的（這也是第一天到得晚所以沒有讓人換床單的原因），服務多少有點不方便。
