The room was very spacious, fully equipped with children's supplies, and very clean. There was a Ferris wheel outside the window, but it was a pity that we didn't see the night view of the Ferris wheel due to the weather. The sound insulation effect of the glass windows in the room is very good. You can only hear the broadcast from the park when you open the window. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant is complete and delicious, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Haichang, so it is very convenient to visit. The service is also very considerate, and the enthusiastic young lady Jingjing greets me at the door. A very pleasant excursion.

The price increase during the Spring Festival is understandable, but there is no place to park, and it has to be parked far away. The room hygiene is very poor. The bathrobes used by previous residents have not been replaced (because the sleeves look like they have been used and rolled up). The hair dryer has also been used before. The user has used blow-dried hair, the breakfast bread cannot be bitten, almost all are semi-finished products made by himself, the room also smells, the neck is itchy and uncomfortable after sleeping all night, and the experience is very poor.

I lost my charger in the room. I called and asked to look for it, but there was no reply. I couldn’t find it and didn’t even reply.

入住給升級了房間，因為套餐裏衹帶兩張成人門票，在前台買了小朋友門票也可以兩日無限進出。酒店很親子，各種硬件設施都很不錯，酒店早餐還算豐富，奶酪和火腿很不錯！ 唯一不足酒店工作人員訊息太不對等，提前問了好幾位工作人員早上幾點可以入園，都説10點。結果九點半就可以入園了……

買的套餐，酒店有專屬通道去海洋度假區，且可以兩天不限次入園。房間特別大特別舒服，海洋主題設計特別漂亮，小童洗漱用品，小童浴袍及拖鞋均配備齊全，晚餐自助餐及早餐均品類豐富，美味可口，工作人員服務態度特別好，熱情周到，特別是客服晶晶，下次有機會再來。

房間非常有海洋特色，很適合小朋友居住，在園區內進出也很方便，其他服務比如收快遞、葯品、出借雨傘、吃飯都很方便，非常感謝賓客服務部的白夢茹女士，十分關注我們的入住體驗

房間不錯，服務也可以，就是週末來早上早點自助餐人太多了，整個娛樂玩的也挺好，價格是真貴，一個紙袋子最低六元，大的八元，所有消費的商店都沒有袋子送，收費還這麼貴。小朋友看啥都想買，大人衹能哄，反正裏面所有商品，飯店都是很貴。離開時酒店門口接待的單夢夢姑娘性格真好，我兒子想和她玩。她很配合，而且見我拿的行李多。主動幫我拿着，送到門口打車地方，特此表揚一下。

我帶着我爸我媽還有我的小孩一起來的，第二次來了，這一次剛好趕上節假日，房間要等很久，而且，上面的阿姨忙的滿頭大汗，太辛苦了，不過房間還是很舒服，可以看見摩天輪。
