Good location, very near to the huanguoshu waterfall and the bus station. Provide transport pick-up and send service around the vicinity with just a phone call and driver's response is quick. The hotel is clean with lift access to all floors.

Good quiet hotel which is near to restoran bus station & to the exit ticket counter at Huangguoshuo, hotel provides free shuttle service to scenic area which is very convenient for family

總體很不錯，床品裝修服務好，有個豪華MPV接送，酒店自帶地下停車場，算是景區門口環境很好的獨立酒店了。
美中不足：早餐略簡單了，跟景點入口有個500米，不過門口有共享電單車，洗衣房就兩個洗衣機一個烘乾機，一整晚都被一個旅遊團的大媽霸佔了，半夜三點起來尿尿去看居然還在被用着

酒店服務特別好。我們住過太多酒店但是這家特別的是他們酒店的專車接送服務。我們去景區遊玩都是由酒店的車接送的甚至晚上在外面吃完飯打電話給酒店試問是否可以來接我們。他們都毫不猶豫的來接我們。這樣的服務是以前在這個價位從來沒有得到過的。酒店的前台服務人員以及餐廳的服務人員都非常熱情友好。房間乾乾淨淨。還有充電樁。我們的新能源車在酒店充滿電就一直停在酒店出入都是酒店的專車。酒店停車也都是免費的。總之是非常滿意愉快的入住。

除了隔音差了，其他都不錯，累了還是幾下就睡著了。小建議：因為是標間不是大床，鏡子內側可以遮擋了。整體還是不錯的！

設施：有部分房間的電視遙控器是壞的 並且有一個房間的進門左邊的燈半夜一直不停的亮 應該是老化了 希望酒店可以及時整改
衞生：衞生還比較不錯 每個房間還配了一次性毛巾
服務：客人可以乘坐專用商務車去往黃果樹景區票務中心 這一點還是不錯

酒店裝修整潔，乾淨，房間也挺大，服務周到，酒店離黃果樹乘車點很近，還配有車牌9999商務車往來接送，霸氣側漏。早餐也很可口，我這次還落了個對個人有意義的小東西在接送車上，而且並不確定具體落在哪裡。走的倉促，囑咐了服務人員找。服務人員找了房間，找了商務車，最終在車上找到。找到后辛苦又給寄回。總之，體驗感超級棒。強烈推薦大家入住。

房間裝修超級好。空氣清新。智能化設備也很好。衞生很乾凈。因為我每次住酒店都要消毒一遍，發現很乾凈。工作人員很熱情。服務態度五星級。還有車包接包送，沒有很遠也熱情的送，接。早餐食材新鮮豐富。下次介紹朋友來。酒店還有一次性的洗臉巾。贊
