1.房間梳子有明顯使用痕跡，沒有換新的2.投影儀壞了，七分鐘黑屏一次（都看出規律了，三天都是這樣），報修了但是應該沒修3.三晚上就給我們兩把一次性牙刷，發訊息給她叫她給我們也沒給4.覺得我朋友好講話，給她發一堆也才回個一兩句而且在我們第二天表示要打掃房間時首先讓我們自己打掃，我不好講話，然後才説因為小年都回家了，沒人，不懂，你是開民宿的，為什麼不留人在名宿，而且就算不留，不能一天都不在吧，我也打過寒假工，過年都在上班。5.房間插卡器壞的，在壞的前提下為什麼還要讓人入住，不應該修好之後再讓人住進去嗎，昨天晚上房間燈滅了，嚇我一大跳

這是個公寓，很難找，老闆娘電話遙控我們自己進房間，因為是晚上，她很不耐煩，態度尤其惡劣！（聽視頻）房間也沒用上面説的八十幾平，設施又舊又臟。傢俱上面都是塵灰，被子上面仔細看也有灰塵，感覺有段時間沒人居住了！房間有一股黴味！廳裏空調壞的不能打開！房間內空調效果也不好，而且噪音很大！

房間是老闆娘自己家的房子，裏面有女主人的寫真照片，整體感覺還可以，建議老闆給客人準備幾瓶瓶裝礦泉水比較好，比桶裝水要讓客人舒心。把外間屋的多出來的椅子清理幾把，那樣感覺會寬敞一些，另外外間屋沒有空調有些不好，裡外間温差有些大。希望改善一下更完美！

大樓公寓房，房間挺大，東西齊全，出門購物遊玩方便。地下停車場較暗，眼力不好使。本來想再住兩天，無奈週末生意太好衹能換地。

我們是四人入住，但是房間和照片完全不符是一張大床和一個沙發床，電話問老闆，老闆説家裡臨時來了親戚，我們定的房間給親戚住了，就把這個房間給我們了，但是他並沒有提前告知我們入住和圖片不符需要換房間的情況，並且他還説我們訂的房間和攜程上顯示的定位是不一樣的離中平台顯示的定位有三十公里，但是我們真實入住的房間顯示定位和平台的定位一樣。所以每次客人訂這個連結都會先到平台顯示的地方再被指示去一個有三十公里路程的地方嗎？還是他本身就沒有圖片上的房間親戚來衹是藉口？由於我們就住一晚，沒有深入追究，讓老闆退了40塊作為賠償。空調很涼快，大床還不錯，沙發床不是很乾凈，就這樣。
