老闆態度很好，性價比很高。衞生條件一般，住在這裏的人也都比較有素質。總體是滿意的，價錢這裏擺着，性價比還是有的。

純粹黑店，入住都不需要身份證。
設施：房間非差，就是小區裏面的房子，自己做的隔斷，隔音約等於沒有，甚至隔壁的光都能照過來，屋裡就一張床，別的什麼設施都沒有，公共衞生間。屋裡冷的一批，店老闆人很差勁，額外收空調費就算了，白天還不讓開，屋裡竟然還貼一張不允許私自開空調，違者罰款，搞笑。
衞生：令人難評，被子床單都是發黴發慌的，我住的屋子甚至上面還有沒洗凈的血跡
環境：整體屋內屋外又黑又擠，非常壓抑，再加上店老闆的態度，黑店中的黑店
服務：從進門就一直叨叨，一開始竟然還想讓我住沒空調的屋，大冬天接近0度的氣温還能説出來屋裡不冷這種話，讓人難評，睡了一中午好懸沒給我凍死，最後被隔壁吵醒了，下午直接潤了，老闆也不退錢，在平台上申請直接給我拒絕了，一晚上沒住血虧，壞滴很，真的昧良心。就這樣屋裡還有臉貼一張告示説他們從事賓館行業十年有餘，經驗不是很足，裝筆中透露着可笑，就這服務水平，你説十個月我都不信。雖然便宜，但是真別定，空調費加房錢也七八十了，這價錢我去上海松江旅遊能定正規旅店大床房了，有獨衞浴室的那種。

重點: 超級便宜的相比來説已經很划算很划算了
設施：自取牙膏牙刷衞生紙蚊香之類的，居民樓裏面的小酒店，不熱，開風扇就足夠了
衞生：很可以，雖然但是很乾凈，住完沒有任何不舒適的，跟圖上基本沒差別
環境：在大學對面的居民區離，沒錯旁邊就是小吃街，我還想吃那一家的燒餅哈哈哈
服務：態度很好很友善，很健談，走到門口找不到路還是店家主動問了我，然後安排房子的時候給選擇的權利

訂的45大洋的大床房間，她買出去了，又把人推薦給別人一個陽台改造的小床房，床笠都爛的那種，她還確認訂單啃我早餐錢，推就推了幹嘛不取消訂單

僅僅衹需24塊錢就能住上一晚。有wifi，有全自動洗衣機，可以洗澡。真的太棒。我很多朋友不相信會有這麼便宜的旅館。住了好多次了。是暫時沒有住處的朋友，最好的選擇。
