不知道怎麼被評上豪華酒店！
進入房間一股味道..打電話讓空調開成通風模式..被告知衹有製冷和制熱模式！
房間不隔音.隔壁房間微信響了..還以為是我的手機.誇張吧！
衞生間的玻璃門居然是壞了..我推門而入..門哐當巨響被彈回來！大半夜還嚇我一跳！
馬桶也不是智能！

房間：房間大，樓層高視野佳，適合親子出行，老大愛游泳所以電話諮詢了酒店游泳池營業時間，這裏特別要感謝預訂部“慄源蓮”小姐姐，讓我們的五一出行酒店體驗舒適，小姐姐特別貼心諮詢後幫我們升級了房間還送了老大早餐（老二免費），前台人員都很熱情細心，安排給我們加被子（好貼心），到了房間客房人員看到我們人多又來給我們宋礦泉水很細心，我家老大專門叮囑一定要給酒店五星好評，下次來鄭州還要入住正方元酒店。
服務：從預訂部“慄源蓮”小姐姐到禮賓部小哥哥們，到客房部送被子的小姐姐，小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情貼心，我們提前快遞的行李和途中用品，禮賓部小哥哥幫我去快遞櫃拿好快遞和大行李紙箱一起送到房間，退房時候工作人員看到我家兩娃又送給兩娃可愛的小禮物“鑰匙扣”小娃們可喜歡了。
早餐：早餐豐富，酒店配套餐食具備，同時還有當地特色“胡辣湯”，另外“三角奶酪”很不錯，我家老大的最愛，屬於包場選手，餐廳人員也特別好，幫我烤麪包片，給老二姐接開水，讓我更好用餐，總之很貼心用心對待客人的五星酒店，計劃端午節又來鄭州繼續入駐這個酒店，五星好評！

衞生：每天都會清潔，愛乾淨的人和強迫症真的很愛！
環境：從大廳進來的那一刻高級感就撲面而來，很符合它五星級的水準。初來乍到不熟悉周圍環境的，如果餓了的話，酒店裡西餐中餐都有！
服務：服務很熱情，特別喜歡前台帶眼鏡的小姐姐。服務很耐心，引導的很全面，讓你絲滑入住！退房也很順利，按金秒到賬！
最後最後還貼心的贈予了一個小禮物，嘿嘿，很暖心！

很感謝預訂部慄源蓮，服務態度很好，讓我入住體驗感很棒！很滿意這次的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，房間非常乾淨中整潔，床很舒適，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯。酒店位置很好，酒店交通很方便，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心，服務態度好，期待下次入住。
