酒店正在裝修，完全沒有考慮到裝修對客人的影響，樓梯那裡很臟，走過去全是灰塵。
房間很小，洗手枱不是在衞生間裏，水龍頭水比較大，很容易濺到外面。
優點的話，床很舒服，枕頭很很不錯。

🚗 交通：交通非常方便，有地鐵1號線和3號線，還有快速公交，打車也很快，屬於市中心的位置，還有停車場，比較方便
🧹衞生：房間乾淨衞生，配的有免費的茶葉和農夫山泉，感覺檔次頓時提高了不少，哈哈，床品也很舒適，還有星程特有的洗髮水沐浴露，味道好聞。
🍃環境：雖然門頭有點小，但是大廳非常氣派，還有個魚池，環境很好。對面是個小河，可以去散步，周邊也有很多好吃的飯店，小吃，應有盡有。
🔔服務：服務就更不用説了，星程的服務都是很好的，這個店前台的小姐姐一個比一個温柔，特別為顧客考慮周到，打掃衞生的阿姨態度也非常好，值得一提的就是他們的早餐，有現下的麪，米線，餛燉，味道很好，推薦。
總的來説還是一個很不錯的酒店，沒有踩雷，值得體驗，贊

酒店服務很好，這次入住的首選酒店，環境好乾凈衞生，服務熱情，舒適，服務人員都很親切，很負責，特專業,有問題及時解決，位置方便出行便利，超級好,意外驚喜，房間空調製冷效果不錯，都挺滿意，還有一個冰箱，可以放飲料，太舒適了，挺好的，早餐也好吃，種類很多，口味也好，半夜還給幫忙送外賣，機器人送外賣很智能，值得點贊。太感謝了，就像家一樣温暖，真好，下次來也會入住這家酒店，棒棒的，很熱情，很周到的,大堂安靜，設施不錯，很新，很齊全，空調製冷快，性價比高，價格合適,很實惠，好極了，推薦入住，贊,很贊，不錯的酒店，值得信賴，推薦朋友入住，棒棒的，-直很信賴。很喜歡這裏！ 酒店小細節都做的非常棒，可以沖！！尤其是酒店前台店助小姐姐 非常温柔 非常漂亮 滿分！

第一次到鄭州出差，從攜程上選擇了這家酒店，沒有讓我失望，覺得很驚喜，一百多的房價，還給我免費升級了一下房型，前台的小姐姐都很漂亮很温柔，服務態度很好，房間也是我喜歡的風格，乾淨衞生，是那種比較簡單的風格，還配的有枱燈，商務人士的首選啦，總之就是很愛啦，小姐姐還送了一份早餐，也是很豐富，星程的麪也是很好吃的，真是強烈推薦給大家！以後來鄭州還是要住這裏的，哈哈
