河南分公司業務原因，總到鄭州出差，從去年年末就經常住鄭州東廣場店，服務人員的專業性和居住體驗都很好，住習慣了，就不願意輕易換其他酒店，整體很滿意，希望酒店再接再厲，越加越好。

本次出差選擇的這家全季酒店，一進大堂醉人的香氛感覺特別舒心，前台服務熱情，耐心友好的給辦理入住並送至電梯口。進到房間更是意外舒心，房間整體佈局乾淨，整潔，配套茶具真是到心坎兒裏了，疲憊的中泡一杯茶愜意又舒心！重點房間內的洗髮沐浴挺好用的，味道個人很喜歡，水流特別大，水温也很舒服。這家酒店還有接送站服務，簡直太貼心了！早餐品類也挺多的，菜品味道也很不多，米線，小餛飩個人很喜歡，衹是忘記拍照了。下次入住酒店一定還會首選全季...

很滿意的一次入住體驗，衞生乾淨，早餐豐盛，有免費的高鐵站接送站、洗衣房和健身房，服務真的特別貼心，工作人員都會很禮貌的打招呼問好，服務很及時，下次去鄭州還會選擇入住這家酒店。👍👍👍👍

酒店位置很好，離東站也就幾分鐘車程，有免費接送服務，可以免費寄存行李，送外賣也有小機器人送，很新穎的方式，酒店還有健身房和洗衣房，我在房間遺漏了一個東西，也很及時的跟我聯繫，幫忙郵寄，服務這塊做的很好很到位，很棒

房間很滿意👍酒店衞生也很乾凈，入住的時候還能選擇自己偏好的位置，前台有房都會盡量滿足，入住很快，很不錯，房間裏有小度小度，開電視，開窗簾，開空調都很方便！很nice！服務態度也超級好，是一個很滿意的入住體驗，離東站很近，酒店也有免費的接送機服務，很方便，下次還會依舊選擇全季入住的！
