好像每個房間都有個小院子，整體環境很舒服通透。
停車位置也很多。參加肇慶鼎湖山100越野跑，我預訂了近星湖東門廣場這間民宿，雖然是雨天，這家民宿週末這兩天的房間還是訂滿了，安排了一樓的舒適雙床房，以為會有潮氣，打開房間很乾凈感覺很舒適。第二天參加比賽時濕了身一回來沖了個熱水澡再美美睡了一覺再退房，感覺民宿環境空氣清新很清靜，下次來肇慶還會選擇這家。

非常好，衞生乾淨，地理位置極佳，就在七星巖景區入口，也在巖前村酒吧街入口，臨湖而不吵鬧，非常適合家庭出遊

體驗感非常好，乾淨整潔，位置剛好在巖前村牌坊100米，真是一個旺中帶靜的好地方。進可攻退可守的位置，樓下又有早餐店，老闆娘非常友善。非常值得推薦。

離七星巖、巖前村等都很近，民宿望山和湖，性價比高，空氣很好，坐在陽台上喝喝茶聊聊天張愜意。民宿細節也做得很好，看得出老闆很用心，連小孩的小衣架也有配備，最喜歡的浴缸可以拉簾，可看到外面景色，還配有浴缸罩。老闆娘很好，盡滿足客人所需。還有景點沒去，下次過來還選這家。

我們一行18人訂了各個房型，都很不錯。地理位置優越，價錢合理，無論是到巖前村的街道還是到景區都非常贊。店家是新開的，去到還在裝修中，但是並沒有任何異味，衞生環境不錯。
唯一不足的是恰巧遇到了啤酒節封路，店家沒有提前通知，致電諮詢還説一定能過來不相信我們來不了，最後歷時3小時才到民宿，嚴重影響到了行程，導致遊不了船。估計是店家沒有注意到細節上的事情，還跟我們同行的小夥伴發脾氣説怎麼進不來，感覺上服務意識有所欠缺

房間絕優：視頻圖片一致。超棒的大空間、洗浴乾濕分離，浴缸🛁一次性袋子、床品對於民宿來説也不錯。
樓層3樓外景、陽台也大。
服務：預訂時園景大床、在2樓、到店有湖景更換補差、服務到位。
無電梯，但也就是3層。
