It is a good hotel with good service and excellent breakfast variety and quality. The breakfast lady was always enthusiastically offering her taste hot foods, making you feel so welcome. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The location is average and you'll definitely need a transport for sightseeing or good restaurants.

The experience is very poor. I booked a big bed room, but the whole two beds were put together. There seems to be a problem with the hotel management. When I came back from a trip, I felt that someone had gone into the bathroom, which was disgusting. . .

自駕去的七星巖，酒店旁邊就是古城牆。訂的豪華套間，房間，乾淨衞生，大，舒適。前台介紹房間的妹子非常nice，先讓搞衞生阿姨給個電卡，方便長者在房間不用走來走去，我跟着下樓辦入住，速度快，態度好。自助早餐，停車免費，出入方便，其間出去兩次停車場帥哥很熱情的為大家撐傘，非常的感謝！

今天早上離開維也納肇慶七星巖宋代古城牆景區店後，在旅行的路上接到酒店來的電話，告訴我身份證丟在房間了，當時我腦子嗡的一下，沒有身份證住酒店買車票都不行，萬幸被酒店工作人員發現了，酒店工作人員在和我確定好地址用順豐快遞寄給我了，實在是幫了我大忙了，非常感謝！
