位置：交通很便利。床軟軟的舒服。同價位的皓海青雲算得上排行前，大大點贊。靠近鼎盛廣場、去海濱公園、觀海長廊、漁港公園。還有免費停車場，房間空調可以製冷制熱，一樓有自動洗衣機。

在湛江這個價位的酒店，已經是非常好的了

很舊的酒店了，裏面的東西都發黃的，廁所還少一扇門。衞生搞不乾淨，廁所那個直筒老是掉地上。沙發一堆黑黑的點。房間一股黴味。還一百多塊錢。晚上很吵，不隔音，隔壁房間的人關門很大聲，吵**了。一堆小卡片。

我朋友上來拿一點東西都不行，這些名片怎麼上來發的？還有小姐隨便敲門。

衞生差，房間還有煙頭煙盒沒打掃，煙味很大，第二天退房後已過兩個多小時前台電話追問洗澡拖鞋不見了一雙，我們説在洗澡間裏，可見洗澡間都未打掃。望改正。
