The hotel is clean and tidy overall. It occupies a large area, so it is very quiet. The bathroom has a water purifier. The hotel is close to the ancient city and the Confucian Temple. It is convenient to walk back and rest after a tiring visit. The hotel also gave a few candies 🍬. The breakfast is good and the freshly cooked fish balls are very fresh.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

The hotel is in the ancient town, with convenient transportation nearby and all kinds of snacks within 200 meters of the hotel. The hotel front desk girl is very enthusiastic. Because the hotel is in the ancient town, the car is parked in a parking lot outside each other. Navigate to the parking lot and the hotel staff will pick it up. The parking spot is outsourced, with a 24-hour cap of 15 yuan, and the car cannot be driven into the ancient town. The room is very clean, the furniture is smart, and it is also very warm. There is a bar-style store near the hotel, so you can still hear the noise outside downstairs after 12 o'clock in the evening. Zhangzhou's lifestyle is very slow and comfortable~

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

When I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the atmosphere of the lobby, the decoration was chic and cultural. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities and comfortable and soft bedding, which makes me sleep well. In addition to the comfortable accommodation experience, the hotel's service also impressed me. The staff is warm and thoughtful, whether it is the front desk or the room service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. . In Zhangzhou , this food capital, the hotel's Zhangzhou snacks are rich in choices. From traditional snacks in southern Anhui to authentic seafood, the taste is delicious. Here, I enjoyed a relaxing time and look forward to coming here again next time. I really recommend this hotel to all friends who come to Zhangzhou ! Whether it's business or leisure Travel, here is your best choice!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

There is a main road in front of the door, and the transportation is convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to the ancient city. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, spacious and clean. I still like it very much

I chose Vienna because the rooms I like are relatively large. I chose Changtai Vienna because there are no rooms in Quanzhou and the surrounding area, and I temporarily changed the route to Zhangzhou . I searched the Internet and found that this new store is a little far from the old street, but I am afraid of traveling by car. After arriving, the hotel facilities are satisfactory. There is a newly opened hot pot restaurant downstairs. Now the beef is cut and said that it is Sichuan flavor. We almost gave up because of the name of the store in Sichuan, but because we were too tired, we decided to go to dinner nearby. The result is still Chaoshan style yak beef. It is precisely what we want 😊 Hotel breakfast is also good, except for a lot of people, after all, it is the Spring Festival. The most worth mentioning is the hotel service. When I left, I forgot a pajama. The clothes were placed on the bathroom before going out. On the afternoon return, the front desk lady contacted me to tell me about the clothes, and then helped send them back with her colleagues. When the clothes arrived, I felt that there were hard materials inside. When I opened it, I found that I also couried a wooden hanger together. I can imagine that after the dress was found lost, even the lady and her colleagues treated me very warmly, and the very ordinary pajamas, the courier brother who picked up the piece, was not afraid of trouble, packed it for me. Through this matter, I felt the beauty of the customs of Zhangzhou , that is, the parking lot around the extremely lively old street is only 5 yuan for three hours. The detour to Zhangzhou City was an accident, but I got joy 💐

The first time I stayed in the parent-child room~ I was very happy and equipped with a lot of children's supplies very intimate! I sent a small board game when I checked in. The children also liked it very much~ The environment of the park is very good. What you see is what you get like the picture, and there is no deviation at all. The environment is comfortable, the room is comfortable, clean, the service is very good, the breakfast is very exquisite, the family is full.
