I recently experienced a hotel in downtown Zhangzhou and really gave it a good review. This hotel is strategically located and has a quiet and beautiful environment. When I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the atmosphere of the lobby, the decoration was chic and cultural. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities and comfortable and soft bedding, which makes me sleep well. In addition to the comfortable accommodation experience, the hotel's service also impressed me. The staff is warm and thoughtful, whether it is the front desk or the room service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. . In Zhangzhou , this food capital, the hotel's Zhangzhou snacks are rich in choices. From traditional snacks in southern Anhui to authentic seafood, the taste is delicious. Here, I enjoyed a relaxing time and look forward to coming here again next time. I really recommend this hotel to all friends who come to Zhangzhou ! It's quite satisfactory. This price is OK in the center of the city. There is a KTV in the same building, the hotel is on the third floor, and there is a smell of perfume that is not very good when going to the elevator. When I checked in in mid-week, I didn't hear any noise except the sound of the air conditioner, which did not affect sleep. Service: The front desk service is very good. I asked if I could arrange a window room. I took the initiative to upgrade the room type for me, but I couldn't sleep with the round bed. Environment: I have never seen this before in the toilet. Normally, the bottom is the same size as the toilet washer, but the toilet seat here is a little shorter than the bottom. The locks are also a novelty style I have never seen.

This is my third time in Zhangzhou. I have experienced the Grand Hotel and Crowne Plaza before, so I chose this seemingly renovated hotel for the third time. Let me talk about the pros and cons. Pros: The room and decoration are very new, the basic materials are solid, marble and brand hardware, the location is very good, for tourists, it is within walking distance to the ancient city. Book in advance, the price is also very suitable. Cons: The breakfast is very bad, it is recommended not to choose the price with breakfast, it feels that most of them are pre-made, and they are cheap, there are also a lot of people and no guide, you need to find it yourself, the water pressure is a bit low, the next morning at 7 o'clock, I encountered room decoration or something, I was woken up, and the response speed was not very satisfactory. In summary, according to my personal choice, hardware and location are better than software, I should choose here next time

The location of Diamond Hotel is near the busy and lively Zhangzhou Ancient City in evening time.and close to some restaurants just across the street. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and helpful when we needed the service of taxi upon checking out from the hotel. To our surprise,the breakfasts at the hotel were good with some extra food choices. The bedrooms were comfortable albeit not that modern.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and it was really a great travel experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, at the entrance of the ancient city, very close to the business district. The hotel service is also very thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel warm and comfortable. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the bedding is comfortable, the TV and network are free. What I am most satisfied with is the hotel's breakfast, which is varied and tastes good. Overall, I was impressed with this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. I will choose this hotel again next time I come here.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

走廊裏有淡淡茶香，房間很乾凈整潔，而且很開闊，窗户打開就是街邊景色，樓下有個庭院，很適合泡茶或者點個外賣和朋友聊天，圍爐煮茶是在房間裏提供水和茶點、茶葉，也算是挺有氛圍感。 唯一不足之處是隔音效果不太好，早上隔壁的孩子在走廊大喊大叫房間裏聽得一清二楚，希望改進下就更好了。

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

There is a main road in front of the door, and the transportation is convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to the ancient city. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, spacious and clean. I still like it very much
