The hotel is located in a new town with no amenities. The rooms were alright, but the floor is a but dusty.

到張掖要去看平山湖大峽谷。不料我們隊伍中有人生病發熱。賓館知道後讓她在房間裏吃葯休息，送體温計，送水，延遲退房到其他隊友回張掖新城大酒店接上病友。再次謝謝賓館的人員。

剛到酒店門口，保安人員都很熱情，主動幫忙拿行李，到大廳有專門工作人員幫忙把行李送到房間。還免費升級了家庭套房。知道有小朋友專門送了小朋友洗漱用品，房間乾淨衞生，還有小朋友玩的滑梯，服務員也很貼心，準備了黃瓜面膜，還有泡腳的桶和熱水真的太暖心了，下次還會入住。尤其去丹霞非常方便！

雖然是舊的酒店，位置很好，屬於新區，交通很方便，周邊環境不錯，鳥語花香，有個公園，早晨起來空氣非常的棒👍🏻房間很大，衞生打掃得很乾凈，房間設施設備保養的不錯，還準備了好幾種水果，細節做得很好！前台接待服務不錯！前廳經理十分禮貌很有耐心，提出的問題都能及時解決，暴贊，下次還會選擇入住該酒店。

比較滿意。酒店設施齊全，服務員非常熱情。停車場很大，適合自駕遊。唯一不足的是早餐雖然品種多，但是不合口味，吃了一次就不想再吃了！可能是廚師炒菜水平不行的原因吧？！

非常不滿意。入住當天下午酒店前台聯繫我，當時和前台確認了升級房型，入住送水果。當時感覺服務還是挺不錯的。但是當天晚上23點半左右到酒店，好印象開始轉變了，當時前台接待應該是在抄寫什麼，我説了我有預訂，她還是在抄寫。我説太晚了有點累了，能不能先幫我辦理入住，她才給我辦。我跟她説下午已經確認好升級房間了，她説我訂的是大床再升級就是雙床。我當時一臉懵，已經確認好的事情怎麼又變了，我當時説了幾句，她説讓我先上去看房間，不滿意再換。我去了房間，也不想折騰了，但是房間衞生真的差，床邊的櫃子電話機上全是灰。我也不想説什麼了。房間有個迷你吧，裏面衹有兩瓶礦泉水是免費的，其餘都是收費，我問前台是不是每天衹有兩瓶水，前台説是，再要就要收費了。另外歡迎水果不知道為什麼變成了一盤切好的黃瓜片面膜，想不通。（張掖真的沒法和敦煌比，敦煌的酒店很熱情，住客出門都會提醒帶上礦泉水，全是免費提供的。）
第二天更神奇，續住打掃用過的一次性拖鞋不換，礦泉水不補，垃圾不收拾。我找前台，前台説馬上安排人過來，結果最後就是送了兩瓶水，反映的灰塵，垃圾都沒有人來解決。真是絕了。

都好，就一個問題，房間門尤其不隔音，趕上和旅行團一起住酒店，好傢伙大早上不到六點就開始被吵醒，一直到七點多一直不間斷被走廊裏説話的人吵醒。。。
