必須點贊，酒店目前還在升級打造，預訂的一件大床房，因淡季直接給了一棟別墅，房間自選。酒店服務非常周到，提前微信聯繫告知路線和周邊餐飲，早餐送到房間，關鍵還把車清洗乾淨了，服務意識確實到位。別墅可以推薦給幾家朋友聚會的時候使用，很不錯👍

到北方出差，最怕住的不舒服，在網上找了好幾個，找了幾個，最後來張掖價格最高的體驗一下。一出高鐵站，酒店專車就在等候，司機還幫忙拿行李，感覺挺體貼的😜，10多分鐘就到酒店了，原來是一家遠離鬧市區的酒店，全是徽派建築，不愧是“小江南”給個👍🏻。一進來服務員又是茶，又是小禮物🎁的，住那麼多酒店，這還是第一次，酒店衞生啥的就不説了，直接看圖。總體感覺相當不錯，這次來對了，都覺得好貴、好貴，難道真的是“好”才“貴”？

因為對西部酒店固有的想法，住之前沒有特別高的期望，但是從管家聯繫我開始，剛開始還有些不信任，一步一步給我眼前一亮，服務可以説是無微不至的關心，衞生和設備都特別好，注重是服務，強烈推薦給大家。

之前一直沒有注意張掖竟有這麼好的酒店🌟張掖必住酒店 🌟張掖旅遊出行必住酒店！ 🌟家庭出行必住！ 酒店整體私密性非常好，酒店管家提前聯繫了我們幫我們提前打開空調，酒店到張掖西站接的站，管家來停車場接我們進房間太感動啦！ 到這個酒店真的做到了讓我們出行在外有家的感覺！ 1⃣早餐很豐富，在跟我確定了用餐時間後是送到房間。 2⃣酒店把能做到的小細節都做到了極致。我們準備離開酒店的時候發現車的外面非常乾淨，酒店幫我們清洗了，讓我們覺得很驚喜。

本來沒有特別高的期望，從預訂後有管家聯繫我開始，服務可以説無微不至，有美食推薦，有旅遊攻略，有奔馳商務車的接機服務，提前在停車場接行李等，送餐服務，設施設備看起來都比較新比較乾淨，床和被子比較舒服的，最好的是離開的時候，確實有些感動，像是離開家的時候家人的親情，送了很多東西，一直目送我們離開。

到高鐵站有奔馳商務來接的，免費接送站，喜歡；到酒店停車場就有管家和保安推着行李車在等着我們，又一喜歡；陪同到房間已經有零食和水果擺放在餐桌上了，管家熱情的泡了一壺紅茶讓我們驅寒，再一喜歡；就是房間太大了，衹住着我們有些浪費了那麼大的房間哦，但是很喜歡的！！！

給大家介紹一個旅遊最滿意的地方哦：旅遊自駕張掖出高速口1公里左右就到網約酒店，位於七彩丹霞的必經之路，自駕友好極了。環境優美，白牆青瓦的徽派建築，超出對西北的認知。大別墅，裝修豪華大氣。感覺一路西行唯一有管家服務的酒店，停車場等着接我們，被迎接的感覺好棒的！管家送我們到客房，泡了一壺歡迎紅茶給我們，驅走了初冬的寒意，提前就給我們把空調開熱了，很温馨的感受。中午離開時發現車子外面洗的乾乾淨淨的，被感動了一把。 西行最好的酒店，以後來西北一定還會再次選擇這家酒店！
