The lady at the reception (I think she is also the owner) was extra nice and helpful. For this they deserve the biggest rate. She was patient enough to explain us everything with translator app and give us advices where to go. She also got us discounted tickets to all sites. So a big thank you for her. The hotel is in a quiet place (is behind the main road, you need to go up on a smaller road a little), maybe 15 minutes walk from the entrance to the parc. The rooms were clean, they even gave us the choice to choose one which we like. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast, maybe a little more variety would be nice.

Great service by friendly host couple (Chinese language) - proving a lot of useful tips and even have discount tickets to the nature parc. Nice spacious room, close to the Eastgate (8cny taxi), and close to the evening food market. Chinese breakfast at the top terrace of the hotel, with a great view of the surroundings And they helped with finding back a phone I lost in a local bus. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place for rest! Quite, close to mountain, with wonderful view, staf is helpful and friendly. Always help with any questions at any time. Location is close to one of exists to national park, and bus station. I enjoyed time at the hotel!

Have you ever enter the hotel with luggage in a hot day and being presented with ice cream? I am really sorry that you didn’t. Here is the hotel where you can experience it. And not only this makes it best! The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but this town is tiny which makes tranquility here an advantage. We had a room with mountain view and balcony. The view were nice, the room were spacious and convenient with large bathroom, bathtube at the balcony (why not) and nice “Chinese” styled furniture. Every day they refreshed our water supply with two bottles of it. The owner or host were really nice and helpful. Although he didn’t speak English he made a great effort to help using translator. He booked for us most of the tickets to attractions, organized the transfer to the airport and helped us to plan the route inside parks. The breakfast has only one option, but the view from the terrace where it was served and the food itself were amazing. Highly recommended. Worth every penny and more.

The interior of the entrance was beautiful, and had a place where you can have a tea. The reception workers speak very limited english, but a good translation app does wonders. It is a bit of a walk to the park entrance, but it is doable. Picture is from the park entrance.

Great hotel. Staff was very helpful and really made planning easy. Room was lovely with a balcony and bath tub.

We had a nice room that was very well equipped. The staff helped us organize our stay, showed us the hiking tours on the map, bought tickets and patiently explained everything to us. In the evening there was a free barbecue on the roof terrace. The hotel is not far from the bus station. The entrance to the national park is also within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would happily recommend the hotel. A big thank you to the staff.

Splendid! They organize different activities for their guests and provide useful information for your visit at the Zhangjiajie Nation Forest Park. The laoban is really welcoming, we had a marvellous shaokao the night we arrived. Definitely recommend!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The inn is farther out from the national park than others but it is at a quiet corner of the district. The room and toilet was standard but other services and amenities stood out for me. They had small extras such as sewing kit, availability of fruit knife that made the stay more comfortable. The staff also helped with booking of tickets and giving advice on how best to go around the attractions. Breakfast was at the top floor which provided a great view of the mountains. The staff, amenities, and breakfast view made all the difference. Highly recommend this inn.

Super helpful!!!! Highly recommend. They really went above and beyond to help us and advise us on how to see Zhangjiajie. Extremely grateful for all the help. Our rooms even got upgraded and they even gave us an extra room when our journey got delayed and we came to check in past their operating front desk hours and ended up at the wrong outlet (there are 2 outlets ran by brothers who are both very sweet) 非常感謝您們的照顧！

Very helpful service provider by hotel owner and his wife. Guided us on wulingyuan national park route planning, assisted with entrance ticket booking. He even helped to pay first our taxi driver who took us from train station to the hotel as we had problem with mobile payment at that time.

The staff and service is superb! We stayed 3 nights and book 3 rooms. The view from the rooftop every morning is amazing on a clear day. the only downside would be that the main road is currently under construction, which affect its accessibility. However, the service and attentiveness of the owner is really good. we had bbq dinner at the rooftop on the last day, invited by the owner and it was really an experience. 🌸 the staff was really helpful to recommend us places and give us discount for local attraction (like the wulingyuan area/ tianmenshan area) too

Excellent staff: efficient, always available to explain and suggest where, what and how to do. They provides maps and and help us to get the tickets. Room very nice and cozy. I suggest it!

Beautiful characteristic hotel, the owner is very friendly and will make everything he can to help you in your trip to zhangjiajie mountains! Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds! Big and clean bathroom I will suggest this place to everyone stopping for the national park and around!
