We visited the Acla Filli restaurant twice. The first time we just went for ice cream and coffee. I had an Affogato - the best one I had since our 3month trip in Switzerland. But what really impressed us was the service we got from the Italian waiter. We enjoyed his joly and efficient service, something very hard to find in Switzerland. He was the reason why we came back for my birthday dinner. The food is pretty basic but the service again excellent. We certainly would visit this place again.

Ants in the restaurant on both tables we were seated. And wrong food served on top of it. I ordered Bresaola and got pork. They first insisted that it was correct what I had on my plate, only after we insisted to bring it back to the kitchen they apologized and said that no beef was left

We stayed one night here as we used it as a base for a one day hike in the Swiss National Park. My only regret is that we should have stayed longer. The hostess was incredible and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved the style the rooms were decorated in. I can only hope I get to go back some day!

Had the best time mostly thanks to the hospitality friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Facilities were good, hotel was easy to find and super cosy. Great views and amazing bathroom lighting 😉 Breakfast was delicious Biggest thanks to eina (hope I spelled her name right) who played translator for us and was an amazing and cheerful host

Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach und das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war mit Zetteln und Anweisungen vollgeklebt, so dass es sich anfühlt man macht etwas falsch. Statt dass alte Geräte ausgebaut wurden, waren diese auch mit Zetteln zugeklebt. Als wir vom Parkplatz zum Haupteingang liefen stand jemand am Seiteneingang. Wir liefen um das Gebäude zu Rezeption, die Person vom Seiteneingang stand nun an der Rezeption (Gleich neben dem Seiteneingang). Es war der Chef selbst. Ich würde hier erwarten dass man Gäste durch den Seiteneingang bittet wenn man diese schon sieht…. Auf der Webseite die aus den 00er Jahren zu stammen scheint hiess es Frühstücksbüfett mit vielen Brotsorten aus unserer Bäckerei, das Brot war nicht gerade frisch und es hatte nur zwei Sorten.
