Convenient near by restaurant , shopping area, clean. But the room litter small. Can’t fixed my big Luaggue 😅

Simple, clean and perfect. A great place to stay in Zermatt. The staff were lovely and helpful, great choice for breakfast and altogether a great place to stay in Zermatt.

The hotel is in great location. Photos uploaded shows the breakfast inclusive in the booking. Good taste and variety.
The receptionist is very helpful and pleasant. Will recommend all to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is so conveniently located which is 3 mins walk from train station. It’s also right in the heart of Zermatt city.

整體不錯，房間整潔，廁所有浴缸。露台看不到馬特洪峰，不過景色亦不錯。4月份下雪，露台可見厚厚積雪，十分漂亮。唯一可惜價格有點高，整個地區價格偏貴。

原本預訂了Hotel continental （三星酒店）的 Double Room 1 Queen bed，但到了酒店後，竟然安排旁邊一間叫 Alphubel (二星酒店）的房間，完全貨不對辦。員工聲稱Hotel continental 購買了Alphubel，由於我預訂的房間已經沒有，所以安排在Alphubel的房間。Alphubel 正門有很多級樓梯，裏面完全沒有員工，前台沒有用，沒有餐廳開放。電梯超級古老，走廊燈昏暗，房間很古舊，有30至40年歷史，沒有翻新，最不可接受的是，門鎖壞了，根本不能上鎖。
結果，我返回Hotel continental 和他理論，要求取消訂房，退回費用，臨時要訂另一間酒店，花更多的錢，而且浪費時間。這個安排完全不可接受。

前台服務非常好，就在小鎮內，我早上07:36的火車，07:15從酒店離開都可以。衹是房子有點搖晃，我以為是地震，原來是樓下或者樓上的人在走路。嚇一跳
