The hardware can reach the level of a five-star hotel, but the staff's service awareness and training are very inadequate. I checked in with my temporary ID, but the front desk refused and asked to go to the Public Security Bureau to issue a certificate. Ask the front desk why the temporary ID card is not recognized? The front desk said that there is no magnetism and cannot be connected to the Internet. I asked the front desk whether the paper certificate is magnetic and can it be connected to the Internet? The front desk could not answer. Is there any contact information for the Public Security Bureau? Call to consult, there is no reception. Finally, call Ctrip's customer service to reimburse the round-trip fare to the Public Security Bureau. There was a delay of at least an hour in between. Later, I called the Shijiazhuang Headquarters of Hebei Hotel, and the headquarter's reply was that a temporary ID card could be used for check-in without having to issue a certificate. It was the first time I met a hotel for a long business trip and asked for a certificate. I can only say that the training of the front desk staff was very inadequate.
