The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. Breakfast is yummy, and the hospitality is just wonderful. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

Very close to the airport, but this is the smallest compliment that I could give. Many thanks to the manager Marili, you were incredibly nice to us, for sure you made our stay even more special! Many thanks to the rest of the staff, the cleaning team, breakfast team, night shift, you All were amazing!!! Of course I have to mencione that the rooms and all the hotel were extremely beautiful, a lot a lot of quality and attention to the detail in everywhere, from the bedrooms until the swimming pool area, passing by the hallways, everywhere literally. Thank you! Our stay was awesome. Much love Our kindest regards, Fábio and Soraia ❤️

Just return from a wonderful short stay at Elenis Garden all the staff here are just amazing and cannot do enough for you to make your stay comfortable, carefree and memorable. It is run by a lovely family they all work extremely hard to make sure every need is met. Yannis is an amazing young man full of knowledge and always there at hand. His sister (sorry can’t remember her name) makes the best cappuccino and always has a smile on her face. The lunches are excellent with a wide range of options and a good price as are the drinks. We stayed in a junior suite which had everything you could need, very modern and comfortable. The shower is the best we have had in any hotel we have stayed in, in Greece and we have stayed in many including 5*. The swimming pool was big enough and a lovely haven from the hot weather while we were there and so peaceful. The sun beds were very comfortable and plentiful. We loved this place so much we booked to return again in September. We like to say a big “Thank You” to all the staff and look forward to seeing you again in 6 weeks 😁

GGuest UserThe best place to be in Zakynthos and in Greece. We have now been for the 8th year in a row at Nicos and Mary Louise place @ Kymothoe. An amazing experience - we fell at home and is why we come back every year. Their attention to the details - beach towels, recommendations where to go, which restaurants to try, smiling all time etc. As of this year the wifi has significantly improved - in the living room and around the pool ! Though this year we decide to have a full break from work and emails :) The apartments are super equipped with laundry machine, full kitchen including dish washer and fridge. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. The access to the private small beach has been renovated and together with the infinity pool and the service is inviting to stay around all day rather hitting any beach of the island.

GGuest UserWe received a warm welcome from the owner, Athina, who gave us really useful information about the island and local amenities. The room itself was perfect for us. 1 large bedroom with twin beds, plus 2 more single beds (Real beds, NOT camp/sofa beds) in the main living space. There was a small kitchenette but we only used the fridge/freezer and kettle which were in good working order. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was typically simple and basic but we had good quality bed sheets that were fresh. Towels were thick, clean and changed frequently. The room had a safe and there was no extra charge for this which is rare but a welcomed extra. The air conditioning was charged daily, however it was very effective and necessary given the temperatures were around 40 degrees each day! Athina and Ellie were the most helpful, friendly people you could hope to have as hosts and they always made time to help you even though they were very busy. The location of the apartments was excellent. Right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet. We were never disturbed at night or early in the morning. Dennis and George work really hard in the pool snack bar, and again, make you feel like you are genuinely welcome. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was well maintained and clean. We have already booked to back next year which is something we never do and this shows how happy we were here. Thankyou for a great holiday and see you again soon The Atkinsons

IINGRIDE DBeautiful gardens surrounded by lush flowers and plenty of shading for seats / sunbeds etc. We were staying elsewhere but used this hotel after speaking to the lovely receptionist who was so welcoming. Our accommodation was check out at 10 with NO changing facilities at all - shower room etc which I will highlight on another post so when you have a 7pm pick up that night, it’s far too long to go without the use of facilities. We spoke to the lovely receptionist who let us use the facilities for swimming eating drinking and they have a spotless clean shower room / toilets which we were delighted with. Lovely chill atmosphere around the pool area and would definitely recommend for the friendliness, hospitality and facilities they have

丹丹The hotel is on the top of the mountain, more than 700 meters away from the sea in a straight line. The seaside in the other direction is a town, two kilometers away. You have to take a taxi to Zakynthos Town, fifteen euros a time. In short, you have to take a taxi everywhere. This is something we didn't expect beforehand. The hotel did not hand it over to the chain management team. There was only one person at the front desk. He watched a half-old Italian man running around. Later, I saw him grinding coffee and preparing drinks. Later, he came to the restaurant to order dishes, and then he came to order and help you. Pull luggage to the room. . . Others are lazy, do whatever they call it, and don't take the initiative. It feels like a family business. The lobby is quite large, empty scattered with tables, chairs, and sofas. There are not many rooms and not of scale. It is estimated that this is the main reason why the professional management team does not come to operate. There are several rooms on the 0th floor with private swimming pools. We live upstairs. The balcony is very clear to watch people swimming and sunbathing, and there is no privacy. Upstairs overlooking the woods and the sea, the view is nice. The room is huge. . . It's not that big. The facilities in the room are not in good condition, and the boxed paper and kettle are only given to us when we go to the front desk. Not worthy of a five-star title. Unprepared to travel with the local group, everyone went to swim in the water. We stayed on the boat stupidly, and cancelled the trip to the Blue Hole altogether the next day. I went to the beach to swim by myself. This hotel is not good value for money! ! ! It is better to choose Zakynthos to live in. The desserts in this hotel are very good and the breakfast is very good.

GGuest UserI should start by saying that I loved my time at Olea, the hotel has a great feel, it looks good, the staff are excellent, the food and drink is good. I'll go into a little detail here: Food & Drink The evening restaurants (Pacifico & Flow are the a la carte, Omicron is the buffet) are great. Pacifico & Flow especially, really good quality cooking, the tasting menu at Flow was a really good experience. The buffet is a fairly typical buffet to be honest, so don't expect wonders there, although it was nice that they have a selection of nightly changing a la carte main courses you can order also. Drinks were great in all the bars, the cocktail making was good, strong wine list dominated by Greek wines but some from around the world too. With all of these, service was great, just be patient - you're in Greece! Only minor gripe is that there is only one restaurant available for lunch which feels like a missed opportunity to offer some variety. The hotel does the same as many and ”repurposes” it's restaurants / bars during the day, so the reality is that there is three settings, each with a bar/restaurant area despite what names they give everything. We did find a slightly weird nuance at lunchtime, when we ordered wine by the glass it was free-poured and quite generous, to the point that it was far more economical to buy by-the-glass than by-the-bottle, maybe that was just us but I certainly didn't complain! Rooms Some people have moaned about the room size, and I think if you're comparing to a suite in Vegas then yes, these are small. However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. A minor gripe is the automatic curtains - the motors weren't up to the job so they kept stopping half way and needed some gentle assistance, personally I co

GGuest UserJust stayed here for 11 nights. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Yes there is a steep hill up to the rooms so if you struggle with mobility take this into account but I saw guests with very poor mobility managing! Breakfast had plenty of choice. Cereal, yogurt, toast, cakes, sliced meats, cheese, sausage, small pastrey's, eggs, juice, coffee etc. There was enough to keep us going until tea time. The room had all we needed - safe, air con, fridge and a lovely comfy bed! It was cleaned every day, beds made and towels changed. Always got a welcoming smile and a good morning from the cleaners. Did use the pool - it was very cold, but so was the sea on some days! Hotel is on a busy main road with no footpath outside but there is room to walk single file and it was only for a couple of minutes. The hotel is located near to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Not a lot of beach along argassi front but there is a free bus to banana beach (we didn't use this). There is no shortage of car/scooter/quad hire places and there are plenty of places to book your boat trips. I would definitely recommend a stay here - a small, quiet, friendly hotel. Thank you Mirabelle Hotel 😊

GGuest UserThe main issue was that the hotel is located in a different place than indicated on the map. This made it a bit difficult to find it. And the walk to the beach is a bit longer than estimated. Nevertheless, the room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was friendly and eager to help. But for the majority of additional services there is extra charge. Maybe this is how the low room cost is compensated. It seems rational to some extent but it is the first time for me to see extra charge for the Wi-Fi. Some common facilities appear a bit outdated. Would better be refreshed. In general my stay was trouble free and comfortable. I recommend the place and I would go again.
