Esperia Palace Hotel & Resort Spa

Excellent experience, I booked one night + breakfast + 90 minutes in the wellness center through SmartBox. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. The only flaw is the spa staff… but otherwise everything is exceptional, especially the breakfast.

We stayed the last weekend of March with two other families. It was a beautiful experience. The quadruple rooms are large, very spacious. Only one bathroom but spacious with a nice shower. Good breakfast, both salty and sweet. The swimming pool with heated water (we did not suffer from cold). You enter in shifts so we were able to enjoy it. The wellness program included in the price is also good. They sin a little in cleaning, not very accurate but overall acceptable. Another disadvantage is not having a restaurant inside the structure. It would be handy if you have kids. However, a few steps away there is their very elegant restaurant and there are several restaurants in the village. Finally, the staff are all very friendly, helpful and attentive to our every need.

Amazing location, average welcome. Very large room, with new furnishings and very clean. Huge bathroom, also new and with a jacuzzi. Courtesy kit including make-up pads, cotton swabs, nail files, bottles of body cream, shampoo and an excellent natural soap for body scrubs. There was also a sewing kit and disposable skates in the room. Pertinent veranda with chairs and table and a breathtaking panorama ahead, with the sea on the left and the mountain on the right. SPA path with Turkish bath, sauna, Kneipp path, Scottish shower, but little opportunity to relax due to noises from kids who were in the pool but who weren't staying at the hotel. Emotional shower with chromotherapy but without aromatherapy. A few herbal teas in the wellness area. Bar service with courteous staff. Tasty and varied breakfast, from sweet to savory continental breakfast. Overall we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

It is located in an easy to reach position with a breathtaking view of Mount Etna on one side and the sea on the other. The rooms are quite large and generally clean even if someone has found hair in the bathroom, but upon entering the rooms we see that inside there is an uncommon heat and despite we have pointed out the discomfort we are told to open the windows and circulate the air, but I personally would have preferred air conditioning, but I was told that at the moment it was not possible. Then we see that our room is communicating with the one next to it by a door, locked with a key, but privacy was still lacking because you could hear everything. We also point out this to the staff but we are told that being friends with those next door they thought that the door did not create any problems and our request to change the room we are denied because they are "sold out". Let's move on to the SPA: once we arrive at the SPA we cannot put our personal effects inside the lockers in the changing rooms because they tell us that they are needed for those people who do not stay in the hotel but who only use the Spa and therefore we are forced to bring our belongings. personal inside the Spa. Spa that was packed with people so of the 90 minutes planned for the wellness program if it was possible to do it and not 30 minutes are more than generous. The saunas always full so it is impossible to relax as one imagines. The relaxation area always with out-of-stock products because with all those people things ended all the time, for example I was unable to take even one herbal tea as god commands. The massages, booked and paid for separately, given to the ladies in the group were unsatisfactory and unprofessional, while those given to the gentlemen were quite relaxing. So I recommend to be more careful !!! The dinner at a partner restaurant near the hotel was pleasant and the gastronomic journey was appreciated and paid for the quality of the food presented and the service offered. The breakfast was generally good. In general, I recommend to be more attentive to the needs of the customer because a 5-star does not manage the different situations presented in this way. Price for the services offered above average.

Sehr freundliches Personal in Reception und Restaurant. Schöne Lobby, grosse Zimmer mit grossem Bad, gute Betten. Das Beste ist die wunderbare, grosse Terrasse mit Blick bis zum Meer. Frühstück reichhaltig. Abendessen sehr fein. Gerne wieder.

Bellissima struttura sita ai piedi dell’Etna, ho avuto la fortuna di trovare quest’Hotel tramite un’offerta trovata in un sito di Coupon. Ho alloggiato nella Suite con vista mare ed ho potuto fruire del percorso Spa e della colazione. Camera bellissima, enorme e pulita, si percepisce proprio di essere in un Hotel di alto calibro. Colazione di qualità, buona varietà sia dolce che salato. Tutto fatto da loro nulla di pre congelato. Personale professionale e cordiale, la persona alla reception con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare si è messo subito a disposizione e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Unico punto non troppo positivo la SPA, un pò piccola con il solito percorso, un pò troppa gente… niente di che, esperienza che eviterei di rifare. In breve di certo il piccolo problema riguardante la SPA non intacca la mia recensione, struttura consigliata su tutti gli altri aspetti. Spero di ritornarci presto!

Luogo abbastanza bello, molto rilassante ma purtroppo mi sono sentito preso in giro. Ho pagato il percorso SPA PREMIUM dove tutte le agevolazioni e servizi in più sono una fesseria! Massaggi inesistenti e tempo inferiore a quello descritto
