Собирался оставить более хороший отзыв, НО впечатление было резко испорчено в последний день пребывания. В целом, все не плохо, 4* ставить можно было бы, когда-то это был отель в который вложили не мало денег, судя по брендам и качеству мебели и сантехники. Но время берет своё, все прилично состарилось и выглядит уставшим, хотя все работает. Все началось довольно хорошо, нам предоставили номер выше классом чем бронировался, за это +, далее обнаружили, что довольно вкусно, хоть не дёшево кормят в ресторане. Уборка номеров активная, ресепшн откликается на запросы моментально. Все вроде ничего, даже собирались подарок оставить отелю, если бы в крайний день пребывания нас просто унизили в ресторане. С утра мы забронировали стол на вечер. Вечером нам отказали в броне, предложив оставшиеся не ликвидные места. Администратор Анна👏, «мастер» переговоров. Это было унизительно и мы покинули ресторан распрощавшись. Потому мой посыл будущим гостям гостиницы такой, что будьте готовы к тому, что у персонала заведения есть «блатные» посетители, а есть те, на кого им плевать.

Поехали по туру от Туи- привет, Сахалин. Не советую ни тур, ни гостиницу. 1- сервис. За такие деньги не соответствует вообще, персонал отеля застрял в советском союзе, напрочь забыл как общаться с гостями, 10 лет работая в Москве в Маритотте я пребываю в шоке от такого «гостеприимства», абсолютно не профессиональный и хамский персонал (портье). Обращаясь по телефону на ресепшн, портье Марина, сообщила мне «я ничего не знаю, сами спускайтесь и смотрите» и бросила трубку, спустившись она продолжила со мной спорить и выяснять отношения, администрация гостиницы, вы где таких диких людей находите? У нас за такое увольняюсь. 2- завтраки. Это не шведский стол, 4 варианта завтраков за неделю пребывания в отеле порядком надоедают. Советую выбирать отель Мира, Парадайс. Нам сотрудник Туи не предложил такой вариант, а жаль. 3- ушатанный номерной фонд, добро пожаловать в СССР!
