Love the onsen facilities and the staff hospitality! They provide free shuttle services and luggage storage. Room is abit dated but clean :)

員工都很有禮，很幫忙，殷勤。有電梯上落各層。有專車接送到JR新幹線站和某些雪場，請跟客服溝通約時間。優雅有早古味道，但設施都狀況良好運作正常。有大型儲物櫃供應，可放雪板，或沒有房間時候放置大型行李。自助早餐還好，雖然是天天同款，不過方便我們快點回房換衣服出去滑雪。地點接近JR站。

酒店離車站不太近，而且－路走去，有－條斜坡。推著行李有點辛苦， 雖然可以call 酒店來接，但初初到，有點難。早餐總類不多，晚餐－般。酒店的空氣質素有點差，使我鼻子有點不舒服。我們第一日房間有小火災，他們的燈燒了，整個房間都係煙。但酒店初期不願讓我們換房，我堅持最後才可換。我覺得酒店應變措施不足。

餐飲質量完全超出預期，平日入住，真是超值，服務員大叔居多，優雅，禮貌，能看出酒店舊日曾有過輝煌，斗轉星移，沒落了。

員工服務非常之好，非常之專業。
酒店有租用滑雪用品，比滑雪場和其他的滑雪用品店便宜。
在酒店買滑雪票，也有折扣優惠。
還有專車接送，當你看見所有人都在排長龍等巴士的時候，你的專車已經在門口等你，在落雪的時候，份外感到溫暖。
步行至越後湯沢站和7-11只是5分鐘的路程。

－間別緻溫馨旅館，聖誕節落大雪非常寒冷早上到埗車站， 酒店員工熱心幫忙派車接送，對小孩友善，酒店設施整全， 有溫泉，有聖誕氣氛，儲存雪板的地方整潔，下次再來！
