來住了一年多了 有消費記錄並且之前都是默認好評 這次連住三天自從充值後態度明顯特別差 1.先是讓打掃結果晚上回來被子都沒疊 2.我們先付了按金 然後又充值 消費的零食扣了卡餘額我們表示疑問 因為一般都是扣按金 我問昨天有餘額三百多那為啥昨天按金還要扣我 就説不出話了 並且態度差前台直接把身份證扔到地上（監控都看得到扔身份證 ） 圖1是讓打掃沒掃 圖2是問餘額態度吃了火葯一樣 反正住了一年多因為這次前台人員服務徹底不想來了 圖三是以往訂單記錄 自己也是餘姚人經常跟朋友去電競酒店娛樂
圖4是完全沒喝過海太飲料 其他的確喝過的 結果扣了費用

房間挺乾淨，建議再加一個小衣架，每天會主動詢問是否打掃衞生，是否續住等，旁邊就是商場，購物吃飯也挺方便的，每天吃完晚飯都會和老婆在周邊逛一逛
