酒店的設施比較老舊。隔聲比較差，隔壁的女的半夜三更還在亂叫。不知道在幹嘛？洗澡水也不大。房間裏沒有熱水壺，還要從隔壁的房間裏拿過來。酒店的設施不齊全。不知道是怎麼管理的？

周邊環境很好，吃飯很方便，打車很方便，對於在師範學院考試（東門）的人來説很具性價比，十分鐘左右就到了。每個房間都有兩瓶免費礦泉水，燒水壺很乾凈。儘管天很冷，但是熱水充足。當然，最重要的是老闆，很耐心，親和力強。對了，網速很好。門口有充電寶。

老闆換人了，新來的老闆很認真負責，衞生工作很到位，今天温度很低，但是被子很暖和。要到師範學院考試，中間因為牆外風箱在響，一直睡不着，老闆免費給換了房，一間一間試過來，老闆很耐心。這裏打車很方便，十多分鐘就到了，真的很適合到玉溪師範學院考試的學生。光線也很好，晚上看書是沒問題的，性價比是真的可以

老闆熱情，上午就先幫我們存了行李，房間乾淨，設施齊全，衞生間雖小但洗澡水很好，有電梯很方便，價格美麗。樓下就是聶耳美食一條街，菜市場，離聶耳廣場也衹200米，會推薦朋友們來住的，謝謝老闆的幫助。

對住的地方最主要的要求就是衞生，衞生很滿意，乾淨明亮，酒店風格簡約大方，本人很喜歡，所在地就是美食街，附近有好幾家自助菜很便宜，實惠，還有好多家美食店沒有嘗，嘗不過來了，下次再來。酒店價格便宜合理，老客户還有優惠，和老闆説多住幾天，他也會給優惠，老闆隨和客氣，這次旅行很是滿意。
