沒有大床房不提前聯繫我們，當時我們還提前打電話諮詢也沒有告訴我們，我們到才告訴我們，讓我們換普通標間，沒有同意，然後就説給我們換豪華標間，還讓我們衹能住一個床，另一個床不讓住不讓動，前台問出來的問題可笑至極，問我們為什麼非得下單大床房，標間不行嗎？
