Later, I got a call from the travel agency, and finally got an apology from the manager, and the letter I received said that no improvement had been made, and a box of crappy sweets (Thank you, Year of the Rabbit!) )・There was wine in it, but it was unpleasant so I sent it back.

I stayed for 2 nights in a room with an open-air bath. It was fully equipped with detailed equipment such as amenities, coffee servers, and accessory cases. The room was clean, but there was some moss in the open-air bath. Since I visited in October, there were a lot of mosquitoes and I was bitten so many times at night that I couldn't sleep. There was a no-mat mosquito coil in the room, but since the room was large, one was not enough, so I asked the front desk in the middle of the night to add another one. Of course, since this is a natural phenomenon, there is no problem with the facility, so if you are prone to mosquito bites, we recommend that you prepare insect repellent. The view, room, and open-air bath were amazing, so I would definitely like to visit again!

It was my first time to Haai Onsen, so I was taken care of by this inn. The room was a corner room overlooking Lake Togo and the view was perfect. The open-air bath is a few meters from the waterside of Lake Togo, so the view is outstanding. The food is satisfying with both taste and volume.

We stayed here on our first family trip to Tottori. First of all, the unfriendly front desk at check-in, mechanical explanations, and no sign of getting close to customers, isn't there another way to say it? I regretted it as soon as I checked in. The shower in the large public bath had surprisingly low water pressure, and even after taking a long bath, it was cold to return to the room. My eldest daughter, an elementary school student who loves hot springs, was very disappointed and said, "The bath at home is better" (laughs).

At the end of March, just before April, I came to get the last crab of the season. A hot spring inn with free-flowing hot spring water built on the shores of a lake. It seems that the origin of Hawai Onsen is that hot springs gushed out from the bottom of the lake. I went there at the end of March, just before April. Enjoy the last crab of the season. *Crab dishes are served until the end of March. Gathering at my place, it's extra amazing! I've been silently digging, picking up my body, and stuffing my cheeks over and over again... It's a never-ending task... If you leave something behind, it's a waste of money. The moment when the "memories" that should be thought of are replaced with "I'm full and painful"...

There was a report in advance that the Shinkansen would stop due to a typhoon, so I called to cancel my stay. There was no explanation at that time, and I was charged a cancellation fee at a later date. Cancellation fee is free if canceled on the day, but it was later explained that it was canceled due to the convenience of this side because it was canceled 3 days ago. Considering the purchase of food, is it better for the inn to cancel 3 days in advance? If there was an explanation, I would have canceled it on the day, but I think it is strange that there was no explanation at the time of cancellation. I will never book again.
