翻修改造後的運城清智家酒店不但硬件設施提升了而且服務質量更高一層。前台大廳雖然不大但在顯眼位置有一長桌，長桌上擺有大人小孩皆宜的小零食糖果與水果讓人感覺温馨。而且每天下午三點到晚九點有免費的下午茶或晚餐套餐供客人享用，這是清智家精品酒店的特色。酒店前有免費停車場，非常方便安全。清智家精品酒店是一個非常好的酒店。

房間乾淨衞生，設施全是智能操控，很舒適很方便，一樓大廳全天提供水果零食，前台服務態度特別好，景區60歲以上免門票，到景區門口媽媽想起來沒有帶身份證，給前台打電話很快加了我的微信，到房間拍了身份證照片給我，非常感謝！這一趟旅行心裏一直暖暖的！

酒店管晚飯、早飯，酸湯麪、肉絲麪也還不錯，種類還挺多的；唯一不太好的是衞生，毛巾和床品顏色都發灰，枕頭罩上面還有異物，洗澡水不是太熱，服務態度還是很好的，説下次一定會改正。
