It’s nice for a quick trip. Tile in bathroom was broken, ice machine was broken, and the entire floor reeked of ****.

Spacious room. Got a 1st floor room which was preferred. Nice bathroom. Bed starting to show a little age. Breakfast mediocre. Staff friendly and helpful. Facility well-maintained.

The girl at the front desk made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. It was a great location. Lots of walk to eateries.

Woke up at 5:30am to shower and there was no hot water. Went to the front desk, where there was another customer also asking about the hot water. The front desk attendant simply said ‘sorry ma’am, they’re working on it’. No apology, no eta, nothing further. Took a cold shower and left the hotel as quick as I could; very frustrated. I stay here once a month for work - the lack of empathy and customer service over this event means I won’t stay here again. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

The entire property is well cared for, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproof. The breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The reason I give a 4 star is because the day we were checking out, someone (most likely housekeeper) tried to open the room door at 11:30am. We had kids still brushing their teeth and on the toilet, if the housekeeper knocked we did not hear it due to the noise inside the room. Then we got two calls from the front desk asking if we were intending to stay another night, to which I responded “we are leaving, in a few minutes we will come by the front desk” I think they could have waited until 12pm to do this. Just wanted to put this on the radar so hotel staff can review it. Otherwise, I will stay here again.

Overall cleanliness. Good service. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet. They seemed to cover all the bases of what's expected of a good stay and then some. Very comfortable stay. Everything was accessible and seemed to function correctly. Highly recommended.

Driving through USA from Canada this was my favorite place. Great staff, excellent rooms. Front desk was very professional and extremely polite. Cleanliness was top notch. very good value.
