榆美酒店地理位置好，環境很好，工作人員熱情友好，有求必應，房間衞生乾淨，早餐也很有特色，尤其馬主管，薛主管，崔主管很友好很很和氣，保潔大姐田春林也十分友好，總之讓人感覺有家的温暖，人在異鄉卻能感受到特別的親切，樓層還有自助洗衣機，方便我們出差人洗衣服！是出差旅遊首選酒店！

作為一名常年出差的人，榆美整體性價比還是很好的，唯一覺得不滿意的地方就是隔音問題，我住的房間能清晰聽到隔壁打呼嚕和打電話的聲音，我覺得這對於私密性來説差點意思，希望能重視一下。
