南亞小棧環境優美，房間整潔寬敞，設施完善，洗澡水很熱，裝有空調，早餐豐富，小菜特別好吃。老闆阿姨態度和藹，服務員有禮貌。周邊交通便利，景區三折瀑公交站就在200米，凈名谷景區就在300米左右，裏面有適合小朋友的叢林穿越，遊人不多，不用排隊。附近三折瀑農家菜館的地方美食味道很好，溪魚很鮮美！

非常棒的民宿，值得推薦！如果硬要説哪裡不好，就是我們下榻的那兩天，剛好有個老年團，10幾個人也一起入住，完全沒有公共意識，吵得一塌糊塗，半夜12：00在樓道里旁若無人高談闊論，被吵醒，沒忍住開門怒罵了一句... 不過，這和民宿無關。BTW,民俗老闆也很客氣和友好。

民宿的地點很好，離景區非常的近，住的河內是一個套間的形式，唯一缺點就是床有點硬，窗户是對着後邊民宿的。建議大家晚上的時候在小院多呆一呆，設計的很有情調，還可以欣賞雲霧 山勢 星空。另外早點很豐盛，看得出是精心安排的。

很少寫評價，實在是在阿姨家住的太舒服了，忍不住來誇誇。民宿位於整個雁盪山主要景區的中心位置，到大龍湫 靈峯 都有免費景區車坐，特別方便。適合不喜歡吵鬧商業化的民宿區（響嶺頭）的人，比農家樂更精緻。幾天玩下來覺得這家的位置和景觀是最好的，坐在陽台上就能看到270度的羣山，後面一排民宿都做不到。阿姨熱心，早飯簡單好吃。小院子歸置的特別精緻，喜歡鞦韆，看得出主人用心打理。下次帶家人再來。

民宿位置很好，三折瀑布步行5分鐘到達，其他景點開車基本在7-15分鐘。邊上有免費停車場。房間很乾凈，早餐也棒！總之性價比很高！
