第一次來於都，選擇了這家酒店，感覺非常棒👍每位服務員都非常熱情、周到、有禮貌，尤其在大堂遇到小葉，非常專業、熱情、有耐心！酒店位置非常優越，讓人出行無憂！酒店早餐豐富且有營養，能夠滿足不同顧客的需求！酒店設施先進，衞生！於都這座“紅色文化”之城給我們留下了深刻的印象！

最近細雨綿綿，讓人的心情不是很舒服，不過萬達嘉華酒店是真不錯，大廳寬敞明亮，前台服務很好，很專業很迅速，主要是到酒店的時候還有接送服務，工作人員都在微笑，就感覺很温馨舒適，掃除了天氣帶來壓抑不適感，環境也很不錯，房間設施很齊全，夜景很好看，站在高處，欣賞着夜景，有一種掃除疲憊的絕妙感。

於都是個好地方几年沒回來了。這次回來大變樣，這麼高級的酒店，地毯很軟，踩上去很舒服趴在窗子上幾乎可以看見所有於都。下毛毛雨。景色很棒！住了兩晚上，幫我打掃衞生大大姐，幫我把衣服疊的整整齊齊，還幫我洗了襪子。涼好！工作服在一邊放着，牌子上是辛梅玲，胖胖的一個人，一臉汗笑容不錯。酒店早餐品種多味道我很喜歡！過年帶着家人還會再來！

作為廣東的朋友，每年我都會來於都一兩次。這次我們是第一次來嘉華住，它的地理環境好，交通便利，購物方便，酒店環境也特別好，乾淨整潔衞生又舒服，停車也方便，早餐很豐盛。酒店服務態度非常熱情專業，服務員辛梅玲同志，對我們的各種細心解答，主動要求幫我們提行李。總之，本次入住於都是最快樂舒心的一次，給嘉華酒店點贊，[強][強][強]，下次回來還會再來。

環境：江景房景色很好，旁邊萬達商場，酒店新，房間大，裝修風格舒服，但是不大安全，進入客房樓層不需要刷卡，外賣員都能直接送到房門。成都希爾頓home2就很安全不僅進客房樓層刷卡，外賣收貨人和入住客人不同姓氏前台會打電話確認是不是客人外賣。
設施：1.第一晚入住洗手枱滲水流到地面，有工作人員檢修。
2.馬桶沖水力不夠，孩子大號兩次都堵馬桶了。
3.洗澡水量足夠大舒適，如果有水龍頭會更方便，因為習慣先用沐浴露洗乾淨花灑再使用。
4.最不好的是中央空調！江西3月天氣濕悶熱，但是空調是制熱模式又沒有自然通風模式，打開窗户通風蚊蟲又飛進房間，最後無奈關了門窗和空調讓酒店給風扇吹，風扇很臟，自己拆洗了才安心使用。
5紙巾盒不好，紙巾用了幾張就老掉盒子裏。
衞生：整體是乾淨的，但有些細節沒做好。1.房間桌子和電視櫃不乾淨，用濕紙巾擦拭有污漬。2.水吧枱的託盤有不明毛髮，我就把託盤放進櫃子裏，然後發現水吧枱很臟，有厚厚的茶漬或者咖啡漬。3.電視機層架有積灰。4.紙巾盒裡麪臟的，想不懂為啥不把抽紙連同盒子放進紙巾盒，這樣乾淨衞生。
餐飲：晚上7點多到就在酒店吃自助餐，沒有什麼讓人驚艷的食物有蝦、青口、北極貝、蟹、涼菜、棉花糖、汽水，但整體味道OK，價格也不貴雙人才兩百多。早餐種類算齊全，麪包、玉米片、牛奶、即磨咖啡、粉面、當地特色小吃
服務：工作人員服務態度都很好！需要什麼物品都能及時送到房間。
雖然酒店細節尚有不足，但在贛州市區、瑞金、於都這家萬達嘉華是很好的酒店！下次到於都還是首選這家酒店。 今年入住過兩家萬達，工作人員態度都很好。覺得工作人員好的服務態度最重要～

有聽聞萬達類型的酒店，這次商旅出差來到萬達嘉華，服務很好 非常不錯，在我預訂了房間後還會電話打過來進行一個愛好意見問詢，就很不錯，lisa服務一對一，有什麼疑問都會如數的問答，服務性質非常高，房間很乾凈，很大 還可以看到外面的風景，地理位置很好很不錯，不知道吃什麼，詢問前台，還會熱情給你推薦，退房的時候，還有經理詢問入住體驗訪問，態度很好，很温和，有一種知理的感覺，服務一條龍，真心將顧客當做顧客，真心舒服，下次還會來，並且可以推薦一波

提前一天酒店人員既聯繫我，詢問第二天是否會按計劃入住酒店，並且詢問有什麼需求？當問知是否是景觀房時，主動免費升級了江景房。並且給孩子準備了小童拖鞋。
早餐品種豐富，不出門就品嚐到了瑞金牛肉湯、珍珠粉和寧都肉丸。河粉雞湯做湯底，非常鮮美。
希望始終保持，以後再來於都還會選擇入住這裏。

前台的服務很好，有條不紊，辦理入住速度快，還貼心的送來歡迎茶，尤其是禮賓的小夥子，主動幫助送行李，沒想到，晚上需要拖鞋，也是這個禮賓的小夥子送來的，多面手啊，忙來忙去的，有點兒靦腆挺愛笑的，房間超大，江景房夜景漂亮，衞生乾淨，熱水充足，美美的睡了一覺，繼續趕路下次還會再來的。
