Hotel hardware configuration is OK, the environment is good, the room is big. However, a resort fee will be charged. There is another unpleasant one. I forgot a pair of shoes and found it in the room the next day. Originally it was my own care but the hotel did not look for it.

This hotel has major problems. Check in is at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:45. The room was not ready and the front desk supervisor was very slow. She could not tell us when it would be ready. There was a line of about a dozen people. Some were irate. It took 50 min to check in. The supervisor said check in is at 3 pm, but not all the rooms are ready then. We had an event to attend, needed time to get ready, etc. To say this was frustrating, is an understatement. We received a notice from Hilton saying we could check in using the app; however, it would not work. We were not offered anything, including water while waiting. As a diamond member, I expect more. I certainly will not return to this hotel again.
