The first time I booked a hotel in Trip.com , the others can be justified. The service is too bad. The toilet in the room where my sister lived is broken. I didn't send anyone to repair it all night. She can go to my room to go to the bathroom. In addition, what is even more annoying is that we clearly booked a room with breakfast. When we went to breakfast in the morning, the restaurant waiter said that we booked without breakfast, and the attitude was very bad. I asked him to call the front desk to confirm. He said that he confirmed it, that is, no breakfast. We spent breakfast but said we didn't. We didn’t pay attention to him, so we had breakfast there. He had a bad attitude during this breakfast. He loudly blamed me for too much soy sauce in the rice noodles. When we checked out, we went to the front desk to say this. The waiter at the front desk was also very unfriendly. After checking the computer, I was sure. We have breakfast included, we have never seen such a hotel, the service is very poor, and we will never live again in the future.

跟同事出差路過這邊訂了兩間雙床房。房間挺大的，很舒服。酒店後面有個小公園，沒事可以散散步。這裏停車挺方便的，免費停車。酒店1樓沒有大廳前台是在10樓的位置，是從莫林酒店大廳坐電梯上10樓開房。停車場也有電梯到十樓。舒服的一次體驗特此推薦一下。

LLin YansiewCheck in was fast, breakfast was good, standard items were served daily, dishes were change daily with some repeating menu after a day or two. The only thing is coffee is not hot, did not see any tea, at least 2 types of seasonal fruits were served. Fried rice and flat white noddle ramain in the daily menu, there were also century egg porridge, plain porridge and a noodle station where the staff will do the cooking for you, some days there were three kinds of noodle to select from, if not it will be white round noodle. The timsum station is located beside the fried egg station, all eggs were over fried, hence a bit hard, there were also hard boiled eggs if you do not like the fried eggs. the youtiao is nice, not hard, soft.

The lobby was luxuriously decorated, the whole was clean and beautiful, the front desk introduced it in detail, the room was tidy, the air conditioning and hot water were good, and free water was provided. MManuelSince we are tourists from Switzerland Europe, we never heard about the Town ling ling (Yongzhou). So the hotel was an absolutely lucky punch for us!
The room are very spacious and clean. Moreover we liked the asian style furniture. Especially the little dining room located near the garden!
The location could not be better: The Hotel is situated in the ancient city part. All the attraction are in walkable distance.
We definetly recommend to stay here for Holidays!
