酒店服務環境都不錯，這次住903，被子太厚，空調不涼，空調風聲太吵，另外衞浴與床間隔那塊透明玻璃很尷尬，浴室放不下衣服，沐浴穿脱衣服都要在洗漱區，那塊透明讓人沒有私隱，建議酒店換成磨砂玻璃或裝個簾子。

有史以來最差的酒店經歷:1.前台辦理入住效率低下，不按我們要求分配房間2.到房間後有異味、牆紙大面積開裂且比前兩晚住的房間小很多便立即電話溝通要求換，前台怎麼也不同意，溝通很久後才極不情願要求我們下樓換房卡3.同事下去換卡又被告知需重新出示身份證，再一次奔上樓取身份證，其間來回耽誤至少半小時4.入住20分鐘後前台又來電説忘記收壓金了，要求下樓補交，講話語氣惡劣無一點專業素質5.房間隔音極差，隔壁房間從十點多大聲講話一直到凌晨一點半，像是蒼蠅在耳邊嗡嗡嗡，其間兩次請工作人員協調無動於衷，前一晚也是隔壁房間五點多吵鬧打架，嚴重影響休息6.提供的一次性用品須泡2022年10月就過期了！

因為懶我一般都不寫點評，這次所以我拖了幾天也要寫這篇點評，在永興縣我經常住豐尚國際和維也納，這次想嚐嚐鮮住未住過的銀騰，在250元／天這個價位對比，銀騰的房間遠遠比不上前兩者，無論裝修、設備、環境、衞生！可能銀騰上300以上的房間，才可以對比豐尚和維也納250元檔次的房吧。還有，銀騰的中央空調不知道是出什麼故障了，不僅是房間裏，外面的走道，電梯間，一樓大堂特別是站在二樓餐廳與大堂的步梯，你都可以聞到中央空調出風口一股汽車尾氣的味道，這害得我那晚失眠了，因為聞多了鼻腔很難受。
