The hotel's service is very good. We booked a villa room at first, but because it faced the glass plank road, we applied for a room change. The second room had no internet due to weather reasons, so we were eventually moved to a duplex in the main building. The service was very thoughtful, the duplex room was great, the breakfast was also very good, and the hot spring was also very good.

I visited this hotel ten years ago. The wooden house I lived in at that time has been completely demolished and turned into a small villa. It is still very new and well-equipped. I hope these hardware can be maintained in good condition. The balcony faces the green mountains, surrounded by clouds and mist, and with the trees on the mountain, it is a perfect painting. The health villa is actually more suitable for two families, with children living together and adults in their own room. The indoor and outdoor pools are drained very quickly, and the outdoor pool faces the mountain, which is particularly comfortable. There is also a dry steam room next to the indoor pool. The living room upstairs is also equipped with an automatic mahjong table. The only drawback is that the area is not actually large. Compared with Anxi Yuequan and Wuyi Chunbai, there is no garden. The service has improved a lot compared to ten years ago. If you have any needs, tell the housekeeper on WeChat and arrange it immediately. The response is very fast, as if you are always watching WeChat. The outdoor pool and the infinity pool were not there, and the children went there by themselves. The infinity pool is open in the morning and is said to be average. The public pool opens at 2 pm, and the children like it very much. Free food and drinks are also provided. All in all, Yongtai Royal Hot Spring is now worth a short vacation or weekend.

Because the heating equipment in the main building was under maintenance, I was upgraded to a hot spring villa suite for free. Breakfast can be delivered to the room and it was delivered on time at the agreed time. There are many dishes and the taste is good. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. The waiter will help with the luggage. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the hot spring pool in the villa is large and clean. The special project Baima Canyon Scenic Area is worth a visit, it is a natural oxygen bar.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Bathrobes and towels are provided in the hot spring and in the room. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the hot spring is very comfortable. Just remember to bring your own swimsuit, it is more expensive to buy it at the hotel. 2 adults and 1 child Baima Canyon/Water Curtain Cave Tickets Choose one of the two: The free tickets went to Baima Canyon. It was nice to take a walk, not tiring, but there was nothing special. The water was beautiful.

It was a lot of twists and turns. I booked the room at noon that day, and then there was a traffic jam on the highway in the afternoon, which delayed me for three hours. I had to go up the mountain at midnight. I wanted to negotiate with the hotel whether I could cancel it and change it to a later day, but they refused to agree. The reason was that it couldn't be cancelled because of the Spring Festival. Although I didn't understand it, they didn't allow me to cancel it one hour after booking. I only blamed myself for booking too early. I should have booked it closer to the arrival. I was delayed on the road and checked in at midnight. I didn't have anything to do. I didn't have time to soak in the hot springs the next day. I just slept and that was it. The scenery of the hotel was okay, the waiters were also good, and it was okay overall. I would like to thank Miss Yang Xin from the housekeeping depar**ent for her warm reception of the children and the souvenirs. Without her enthusiasm, I would definitely give a bad review this time.
