設施：基本齊全，有一次性拖鞋。床墊太軟。
服務：在有房間的前提下主動升了房型，湖景，雖然這個湖景基本看不到，因為樓層太矮。（前台一般不願意給高樓層）
早餐方面味道不是很新鮮。不如叫外賣。
地理位置：不靠近繁華地段和商業街，出行基本都要靠開車。距離寶晶宮十幾分鍾路程，但寶晶宮不值得遊玩，商業開發之餘，娛樂活動設施和景點都不具特色，玻璃橋和溶洞普通，不建議。

棲湖酒店服務非常貼心，為我免費升級了兩間湖景房，還贈送了水果。酒店房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔。我們退房的時候前台工作人員還幫忙提行李到車場，還贈送茶葉和好幾瓶水讓我們旅途中飲用。非常好的一次體驗！必須好評+推薦！

房間陽台直接看到湖景，特別美。房間乾淨寬敞，住在這裏，然後自己開車去各個景點玩，既舒適又划算，酒店工作人員服務態度特別好，柔聲細語的，晚上送了水果，餅乾和酸奶，離店時還贈送了我們英紅9號紅茶和農夫山泉水。

很乾凈，床很大，桌角都專門貼了防撞貼，細心。還有一個小院子可以給孩子玩水，很開心，還送了水果，餅乾和牛奶，不錯的選擇。下次來還會選擇這裏。

一廳2房的就是洗澡的水壓不大，而且熱水供應要開很長時間才有，特別浪費水，我自己用的也感到可惜。其他方面還算正常，房間的插座也是不夠人性化。

房間乾淨，親子房舒服，酒店的餐廳挺好吃的，去寶晶宮方便，送餐是機器人的，很不錯
建議以後親子房要備用圍欄和小童馬桶圈 提供小童方便
