已經是第二次入住了，前台接待熱情好客服務，房間乾淨衞生，孩子們非常喜歡房間裏面的智能家居，有專門的停車場，停車方便。早餐品種齊全味道不錯。下次到沂南還會入住，推薦朋友們入住這家酒店。

晚上七點入住酒店，一再跟前台叮囑，並電話催促幫忙叫個順豐快遞，口頭雖然答應，但遲遲沒有叫。直到第二天早上換了接班前台都不知道此事，嚴重錯過寄件時間。另外酒店床單衞生不好，如下圖

快一年了，住了好幾次，説了不止一次了，浴室的水一直都是忽冷忽熱，洗澡直接沒法洗，就是改變不了，房間裏不給配沐浴露，問前台就好像理所當然的一樣。真的是服了！房間裏永遠都有味，都開業多久了，就不知道自己處理一下子？就等着讓客人給吸乾淨甲醛？無語，投訴都沒有用！假冒柏麗酒店！柏麗的名字，桔子的裝修，漢庭的東西！純純雜牌酒店！

早餐九點半結束，我們九點五分去了什麼都沒了，注意是什麼都沒了，菜盤裡麪幾個菜葉子，炒米剩幾粒米，連牛奶都見底了。問餐廳服務人員説餐都吃完，沒了，沒辦法加，衹能下麪條或者混沌了。反應給前台得到的回覆也都是各種找理由和藉口，什麼人多沒準備夠云云。你們沒準備夠讓客人承擔？我這是付過餐費的！就這服務態度就必須差評

下雨就近找了個酒店住下，房間挺乾淨挺新，很智能，有小愛同學什麼都不用動手，服務指南上有使用説明，隔音很好，沒有影響睡覺的聲音，服務態度挺好。早餐花樣挺多。起夜有起夜燈，不影響同事休息。還能投屏打遊戲。退房前台讓提建議都挺好，就是外觀上可以在裝飾一下，房間確實比周圍酒店上了不止一個檔次，外觀要收拾收拾。
