Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

Good hot spring hotel in the town of Jiaoxi. Eateries around the hotel. 7-11 just near the hotel. Good public hot spring baths. Comes with good breakfast daily. Room is modern design. Rooms come with their own hotspot bath facility. Good to destress after long travels in Taiwan.

Best stay in Jiao Xi this far. Hotel is very clean and spacious, breakfast has wide variety too. Many food stalls nearby within a few minutes walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel service is very good. Because my baby fell asleep, the hotel front desk staff very considerately asked me to late check out. The hotel has a large children's playroom where you can play with trains and racing cars from 2pm to 4:30pm every day. Your baby will have a lot of fun!

It is recommended to live on the 9th floor. When it is rainy, the aisle on the 8th floor may also have traffic jams. 3. From the 9th floor to Wowole, there are stairs to the 8th floor, and there are stairs to the 7th floor. I hope to get into some suitable cars for these older children who are in the third grade of primary school. 6. I like to follow up the facilities on the 6th floor after check-out. Every time we check out, we will go to the SPA live water area to play. There are slippers to borrow at the counter, large towels and water are also provided, and there are bags in the closet for you to pack wet clothes. The whole is very intimate. After playing in the water, I will let the child wash first, and then go to the building block area next to the counter to play, I am slowly packing things. 7. The spare parts in the room are not sloppy. My favorite L'Occitane spare parts and denim bags will be replaced every time I come, and I will not get tired at all.

At that time, the hotel staff also told us Invite us to the hotel bar for some juice or coffee The number of results is unknown. The bar staff did not know the news. They only brought two glasses of water to us. My family and I were dumbfounded at that moment. My family also asked me if the service staff just said they would bring us coffee juice. Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and departments needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel
